En general estuvimos muy cómodas en este hotel. La ubicación es buena, está cerca de paradas de metro y de autobús que te llevan directamente al centro de Lisboa. Las camas son muy cómodas, el aire acondicionado funciona bien, y está todo muy limpio. Sin duda si vuelvo a Lisboa este hotel sería mi primera opción.

We were able to leave our luggage at the hotel in the morning before check-in, which was very convenient.
The building is new, and there was no smell of mold, dampness, or mustiness. I have allergies, but I didn’t feel the need to take any allergy medication during my stay.
The rooms were very clean. The shower and toilet area was spacious enough, and the bed was comfortable. The window can be opened slightly in a vertical position, so you can get some fresh air.
The location is great, in a pleasant and lively neighborhood. The staff were friendly and welcoming. If you need water or other drinks, you can use the vending machines inside the hotel, and the prices are very reasonable.
The rooms are on the small side, so they may feel cramped if you have a lot of luggage. The double bed is smaller than a standard one, and we found it a bit tight when our child slept between us. We don’t usually have this issue with standard-sized beds.
The faucet was a little tricky to use. If you press it all the way, the water runs for about 10 seconds, but if you press it lightly, it only runs for about a second.
These weren’t major issues for us. The hotel was very reasonably priced, and considering the price, we felt it offered excellent value for money.

Este hotel excedeu as minhas expectativas. Adorei. Limpeza perfeita. Colchao e almofadas muito confortáveis . Ar condicionado que ajudou a regular a temperatura, tendo em conta o calor que se fazia sentir. Para a minha estadia de 4 dias, tinha o espaço suficiente para arrumar a roupa. Fiquei no piso 5,como tinha pedido no momento da reserva e conceberam o meu pedido de ficar num piso superior. Funcionários muito simpáticos. Localização perfeita, com supermercados à beira. Apesar de ser um local com muito movimento de carros, não se ouvia quase nada no quarto,o que facilitou no descanso. Limpeza diária. Transportes à beira. Na entrada do hotel, tem um espaço para se sentar. Muitos andares e muitos quartos, apesar de ser um hotel de 2 estrelas, foi espectacular. Ressalvo que o hotel tem receção 24h,o que é perfeito, do que falar com um robot ou com uma pessoa ao telefone,isto foi um ponto muito positivo para mim.
Tive de ter atenção com a porta que nao fecha com muita facilidade e a torneira é um pouco dura para quem precisa da água ligada com mais um pouco de tempo. Ouve-se um pouco o ruído do corredor, mas nada de especial. Poderia ter um cantinho de convívio com mesas, mas como o hotel nao tem esse espaço necessário, entendo que não dê.

Configuration de la chambre très mauvaise, petite chambre de bain très étroite, lavabo de salle de bain constamment boucher, robinet écologique qui fonctionne mal,douche qui coule partout, très petit lit,oreillers pas confortable, surtout l'enjeu majeur une air climatisé pas fonctionnelle, chambre extrêmement chaude durant la journée même avec les rideaux fermés afin de conserver le maximum de fraîcheur et la nuit tres froide, tres désagréable !
O quarto é aconchegante e limpo, o ambiente é silencioso a localização é excelente, fiz tudo a pé. No checkin o quarto foi liberado antes do horário e no checkout pude deixar minha bagagem guardada pois meu voo só era às 23h.
Os funcionários bem prestativos! Achei tudo excelente e voltaria outra vez!
