Buena experiencia
Pros:

Es un hotel antiguo, si te gusta esa onda lo vas a valorar. Todo muy limpio y correcto. Lo realmente destacable es la atención del personal. En recepción las chicas fueron amorosas y serviciales. Incluso prestándome un adaptador, y ayudándome a imprimir un documento que necesitaba.
Solo tengo el nombre de María, quien me atendió muy bien, pero su compañera también. Sin duda volvería, principalmente por el cálido trato.

Pros:

Com certeza o que me deixou feliz foi a localização, muito próximo de todos pontos turísticos, também a mobília do quarto fascinante, como se tivesse dentro de uma loja de relíquias antigas, elevador então maravilhoso.

Cons:

Split não funcionou e o ventilador de teto não ligava, foi necessário o funcionário conseguir um ventilador de pé, mas consegui administrar bem a situação.

Gostei do ambiente do hotel, a atmosfera é ótima! Antigo, poderia ser mais conservado, mas muito limpo e agradável. Não tem cheiro de mofo, a roupa de cama é limpinha. E o pessoal de serviço é ótimo! Recomendo muiito!

Cons:

O quarto tinha problemas de manutenção, como uma porta francesa da varanda que não abria e uma das fechaduras das portas estava solta. Mas relevei porque o restante da hospedagem é muito boa.

Pros:

Ótima localização, a poucos metros do teatro solis. Quarto e banheiro bem espaçosos. Rles dão de cortesia um cafezinho, leite e chá pela manhã, e um bolinho, muito amigáveis. Equipe simpática e atenciosa.

Cons:

Um pequeno detalhe no nosso banheiro , o boxe tinha uma falha na vedação do solo, o q molhava um pouco o piso do banheiro.

Exceptional, historic hotel with truly kind staff. As a frequent traveller to Montevideo, I found their location to be fantastic to walk and feel the charm of this beautiful city with relative ease. The staff are very helpful and will go out of their way to help. The rooms are so clean and charming that will take you back in time. Overall, it was an experience that we will never forget and would like to thank all of them for their kindness.

Ein historisches Gebäude im Zentrum von Montevideo. Wir hatten das Zimmer im 6. Stock (Nr. 67) mit Terrasse. Ein Muss für Reisende, die nostalgische Hotels mögen.

Clásico y bonito pero necesita retoques.

El problema con las llaves y llavines de las habitaciones 61 y 64. La ducha de esas habitaciones con poca presión de agua.
