Breakfast was good and staff was great and very prompt
Size of the room. It was not what looked on the website. Bathroom was horrible and very old. Very small size toilet and shower needs to be separate. Did not have anti skid mat. Very concerning
What a gorgeous place to stay. An old family palace converted to a stunning hotel for the lucky guests. Not only is the actual hotel a treat but it is the staff that always make the experience a joy. They have been charming, humourous and absolutely lovely! Guan and Visimvar along with others have looked after us beautifully and made this experience a joy and an oasis in the chaos of India.

The rooms are clean and give you a palace-like experience. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and they cater to your needs very quickly. We personally enjoyed the service and hosting by- Mithilesh, Vishal, Bhupinder, Vikram, Prem, etc.
The only thing that could be improved is the customization of meals, which has almost been a standard in every 5-star hotel in my past experience. But overall, it's an experience worth a shot, with a massive pool to be enjoyed alongside a drink.
The hotel has a range of restaurants to choose from, each offering a completely different vibe and feel - ranging from Pan-Asian, North Indian, multi-cuisine, bar & Italian.
The property is huge, with different paths to explore, surrounded by greenery and trees that could tell stories of their own. There isn't a dedicated walking trail as such, though.
The place is super safe for solo women travellers as well, with some event or the other happening every now and then, yet with zero disturbance to your stay.
I hope you get to experience this at least once.

Everything about our stay at the Narain Niwas Palace was amazing. From its historical touch to the serene atmosphere to the hospitality of its staff to food, everything was exceptional. We had a great time there will be back definitely.

Since we were traveling with my family and two small kids , the staff and the hospitality team’s promptness and eagerness to accommodate us with our special request was very welcoming and reassuring. The stay became very memorable because of the people of the palace. We would definitely be coming back and recommending it to my friends .
Hotel Narian Niwas is a perfect blend of great heritage experience with modern facilties. Hospitality is really amazing and one of the guy ( Suraj) was so helpful throughout our stay. The dinner we had was amazing, will recommend for Lal maas for sure. Looking forward to visit again.

We had a great time at the hotel. The park and pool area is beautiful and the restaurants which are part of the resort can definitely be recommended. Nuraj at the breakfast was really nice also!
The vibe of the place was majestic and the staff was really helpful. The rooms were spacious and very clean with all the amenities available. The best thing was the delicious food. The manager (Mr Ajay Shekhawat) was very polite, helpful and made our stay wonderful.

Love coming to Narain Niwas palace. It is a hidden away gem in the heart of Jaipur. Great breakfast and exceptional service by Gyan ji and Karan. Will definitely be coming again.
