En general, nuestra experiencia en el hotel ha sido muy positiva. A pesar de que durante nuestra estancia el hotel estaba prácticamente al 100 % de ocupación, las zonas comunes, especialmente la piscina, eran suficientemente amplias para el número de huéspedes y en ningún momento tuvimos sensación de estar demasiado masificados.

Pero, sin duda, lo que más destacaría es el servicio de animación infantil. Las animadoras organizaban continuamente actividades para los niños: juegos, pintacaras, minidisco y muchas otras propuestas que hacían que los pequeños estuvieran entretenidos y disfrutaran muchísimo de la estancia.

Y, por encima de todo, quiero destacar el trato de las animadoras con los niños. Eran muy cercanas, atentas y, sobre todo, muy cariñosas con ellos. Se notaba que no se limitaban a organizar actividades, sino que realmente se implicaban y disfrutaban estando con los niños.

Quiero hacer una mención especial a Sara, que fue especialmente atenta, cariñosa y cercana. Ese trato tan humano marca la diferencia y hace que la experiencia de los niños —y también la de los padres— sea mucho mejor.

En definitiva, un hotel que nos ha gustado mucho y en el que destacaría especialmente la animación infantil y el excelente trato de sus animadoras.
