Pros:

Overall the best part of my staying was the staff, every single one of them are super kind and patience. The quality of air and nature around is just amazing.
WiFi was also good.

Cons:

There were no reception in the building, which means I had to go to Mövenpick whenever I wanted something. They made a real issue from the towel card, I did not understand that. Bed was old and overused. Bathroom isn't very nice. This building is pretty far from all the facilities, but still not quiet because of the nearest restaurant with live music. The elevator does not work, I had to walk up on the stairs in 41 degrees.

Превосходный завтрак! Идеальная чистота на территории ! Огромная удобная кровать и очень удобные подушки.Персонал доброжелательный. Все супер! И огромное количество бассейнов с водой разной температуры и гидромассажем, горки работают весь день.Все чисто,красиво , удобно и на достойном уровне! Халаты и полотенца меняют каждый день, на обед в ресторан можно приходить в халате) Лежаков огромное количество везде, всегда полно свободных.

The complex itself is beautiful, well maintained, and surrounded by lovely nature. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of fresh and tasty options. The spa is fantastic, offering several pools, an aquapark, and a great selection of saunas, making it a perfect place to relax.

Cons:

The only major downside was the air conditioning in the two-story bungalow. During our stay, the outside temperature was over 36°C, and despite the air conditioner running at maximum power all day, the temperature inside the bungalow remained at 30.6°C. There is only one air conditioner located between the two floors, so the cool air barely reaches the bedrooms upstairs or the living area downstairs. Ironically, the coolest spot in the bungalow was on the staircase. In such extreme summer weather, this is simply not acceptable and made sleeping quite uncomfortable. Overall, it's a wonderful resort with excellent facilities, but the cooling system in the two-story bungalows needs to be improved.
