不錯的飯店
Pros:

離大井町車站很近,餐廳,超商,商店很多可選擇.

Cons:

訂房時即有一封信,告知入住前二天(或三天)會email給QR code方便check in. 入住前確實有主旨為"二維碼入住通知"來信,但沒有QR code,所以需自行在螢幕辦理入住,因不熟鍵盤的切換方式又沒QR code,有一工作人員站對面,教了第一步就離開了,接著輸入名字來辦入住,不知先輸入"姓",還是先輸入"名",也不知是否需空格,不知要輸大寫或小寫,有一工作人員站我旁邊,說先"名",再"姓",說完即離開.最後是第三位工作人員協助完成.問了為何發的email沒附QR code,工作人員有用日文說明,但我聽不懂,至今仍不知信中為何沒附QR code.結論:辦理check in手續很困擾,花了一些時間.

A wonderful time
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at Ours Inn Hankyu! The location is excellent, with Ōimachi Station just steps away, making it incredibly convenient to explore Tokyo. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were always friendly, professional, and helpful. Having so many restaurants, shops, and conveniences nearby was a huge plus. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Japan. Highly recommended!

Cons:

The only issue I experienced was the noise from other guests and their visitors late at night. Guests staying on my floor brought friends who were not registered hotel guests upstairs after midnight, and they proceeded to have loud conversations in the hallway for nearly an hour. Why they couldn't have these conversations inside their rooms is beyond me. I hope the hotel can better monitor visitors and address late-night hallway disturbances out of consideration for guests who are trying to sleep. Otherwise, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

地點很好，飯店人員也很好的住宿
Pros:

飯店地點很好，就在阪急百貨的樓上，附近有很多大型商場、超市，還有很多餐廳跟超商等等，離地鐵站也很近
並且飯店有連通到一個大型停車場，適合有開車的旅客
服務人員態度都很好，很願意處理問題，大廳有提供行李寄放的房間(自助上鎖式)

Cons:

房間的空間偏小，並且感覺有一些灰塵在飄來飄去，讓我們有點皮膚過敏或泛紅的狀況
浴室的蓮蓬頭要一直手動按壓才會持續出水

あまりにも残念な滞在
Pros:

備品を選択する事が出来る場所で、お茶の種類が多かった。

Cons:

3日前に送付されるQRコードが開けなかった。
このホテルには、ホテルのサイトから予約して、10年以上、何十回と宿泊しているが、
今回初めてBooking.comから予約しました。
現在改修工事中と言う事は知っていた。
今回は改修工事をしていない唯一の低階フロアの部屋だった。
チェックイン後、部屋に入ると空気清浄機の前パネルが外れていた。
直ぐにフロントに電話をし、対応する人が来てパネルをはめ込んだ。(写真1)
しかし、翌朝、目覚めると同様の状態になっていた。(写真2)
部屋の窓からの景色には絶句。(写真3.4) まるで工場の前にいるようでした。
今まで、このような部屋がある事自体知らなかった。
ホテルのサイトから予約しないと、このような部屋を割り振られるのかしら?

The hotel very good location near rail station going Shibuya ,Ueno ,Kawasaki , high security location and good room size 🤙 close to shopping center , shopping foods . Hotel short riding rail to Haneda airport .

Pros:

駅前の立地が便利で昔からよく利用しています
スタッフの方々の対応も良く快適です
チェックイン前、アウト後も荷物クロークを利用出来て助かります

Cons:

お味は悪くないですが、朝食メニューが少し貧弱な印象を受けました。時期によりますがシーズン中はお得感に欠けるように思いました。提携？されている大戸屋さんは便利ですが、個人的には余り美味しいとは思えませんでした
