I highly Highly recommend this hotel esp to single occupancy.
Pros:

Perfect for single occupancy; lots of food halls choices if not wanting to go to a restaurant; great restaurants and cafes; the spa, good value shopping.

Cons:

The breakfast very mediocre, but it was rather cheap. Glad I only bought for one day.

Jag är nöjd.
Pros:

Det var mycket bekvämt, mycket nära stationen och det finns allt som man behöver omgivningen.
Det var så trevliga personal.
Den var bästa för mig att man kunde bada onsen billigt(hadaka no osama)
I byggnaden finns restauranger, och kiosken.
Jag var jätte nöjd.

Pros:

El hotel esta muy bien ubicado, queda a una cuadra de la estacion de metro. Ademas, se encuentra en un centro comercial, por ende hay muchos negocios al alcance (Family Mart, McDonalds, Supermercado, Starbucks, etc.

Cons:

Las habitaciones eran muy peuqeñas y el personal no sabe casi nada de ingles.

Hotel bar never opened
Staff not very friendly.
Bed and covers not warm enough. Only 1 pillow. So tight space. Not so pleasing. Shower turns off. You have to keep pressing it.
