Room service entering without knocking

I had special request which was supported.Their support towards meeting clients needs was excellent
I was not allowed to view their cameras in attempt to investigate my lost luggage of which i wasn't certain whether it was left ar the hotel parking lot or was stolen enroute from the hotel to our next destination
I arrived late so I could not view or experience the entire property and staff except of course at front desk was easy and efficient and my room was clean and fresh. I love that it was at the beach front as someone who is from Gauteng. the breakfast was amazing, lots of options for someone who is on a weight loss journey. I loved my stay a lot even though it was short.

The room was very small for my family, on 3quoter beds that was supposed to be double beds, not accommodating kids, all was just so unprofessional and the value of money I paid was not worth what we get. Dirty smelling carpets.

Next to the beach ⛱️ friendly staff. Buffet breakfast was good .
No lotion, no water provided in the room, only giving 1 bath soap and 1 shower gel for family of 4.
The stay was simply amazing. As a travel agent, I’ve experienced many properties, but Garden Court Kings Beach genuinely stood out. My clients and I absolutely loved our stay, from the warm and welcoming staff to the comfortable, clean rooms and incredible location right by Kings Beach. Breakfast was also very good, with a great variety of options. It’s one of those stays that leaves you struggling to explain just how much you enjoyed it.
There was honestly very little to complain about. Everything worked well for our stay. The TV experience could be improved for guests who enjoy streaming or binging, particularly with Bluetooth connectivity. That said, we didn't really need it during our stay, so it didn't take away from the overall experience.
