I felt home from the 1st minute I worked in there & had access everything
Pros:

The 1st morning of the 15th we went down stairs to eat & we took washed our faces & teeth & still had our pyjamas on as I was very tired & felt fatigue so I needed to eat & rest for the day, to my disappointment we were confronted by a tall African male who told us that pyjamas was not allowed & we went back to the room & changed, when we arrived back to eat there was a very rude african women who told us that it's a standard rule with no kindness towards us & as if we were not embarrassed enough she told us in front of the other guests that we didn't include the breakfast & I had to tell them that I booked through booking. Com & we were shown the table mind you after all this discomfort we sat down & ate as we are busy eating around 09h52 the gentleman cam straight to us & told us that we had only 4 minutes before the end so we should be finished by then I was disrespected & I went to report at the reception that we were told that we didn't pay for the breakfast & that woman interjected when I was letting the gentleman know & to request him to please sort it out as I was feeling very unhappy but yes ofcos they didn't know who I was & maybe she thought I am a nobody so yes the 2 ladies who welcomed us with love & warmth made me to just enjoy my stay & they are your best & professional people who will always attract us back. When I checkout they were both working same morning & for that they will blessed.

Cons:

It was not my 1st stay there but then maybe rules are changed always but yes, I couldn't ask for anything more just the two members I mentioned & yes I will be there frequently.
