La amplitud de las instalaciones, las vistas y el silencio.

Cons:

Faltaba limpieza en suelos. Demasiada rigidez en horarios de restauración. Entre semana se limitaba al buffet y co horarios rígidos.
El tren cremallera obliga a estar en Nuria desde media tarde.

Pros:

Siendo la unica opción de dormir...la ubicación.

Cons:

No nos ha gustado nada la habitación, 2 enchufes, 1 para la televisión y otro en el servicio...moho en la ducha, sin tapon en la bañera, manchas en la moqueta de los pasillos, fuerza de agua escasa, lavamanos embozado, etc...
En cuanto al personal de recepción o cobran muy poco o nadie les ha enseñado a ser agradables, estan porque tienen que estar.

Molt agradable, una estada en un paradís muntanyenc.
Pros:

El cambrer del cafè bar de l'hotel molt amable i simpàtic, molt atent, es nota que li agrada la seva feina. El bufet de l'hotel molt bé, molt variat i ben cuinat tot.

Cons:

Tot ha anat bé. Ens van guardar la maleta fins a la tarda que ens van trucar que l'habitació ja estava disponible.
