การแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าของพนักงานล้มเหลวมาก ห้องที่ทำ maintenance เยอะขนาดนั้นปิดระเบียงทาสีทั้งหมดยังส่งเราเข้าพักทั้งที่เราจ่ายเพิ่มเพื่อให้ได้ห้องที่มีระเบียง ร้านอาหารตรงสระน้ำ ไม่บริการเครื่องดื่มที่สระ ไม่รับชาร์จเข้าห้องและไม่รับเงินสด สั่งเมนูน้ำมะนาวไม่ได้ เพราะมะนาวหมดแต่สั่งส้มตำทานได้ อ้างว่าแยกกันนะหว่างบาร์กับครัวทั้งที่เป็นร้านเดียวกัน ห้องอาหารเช้าชั้น11 ขึ้นไปวันที่2 ไม่มีพนักงานรอบริการ แต่ได้ยินเสียงคุยกันอยู่ห้องข้างหลัง เรียกไปสามรอบก็ไม่ออกมา เราเลยตักอาหารกินโดยไม่ได้แจ้งเบอร์ห้อง พอมีพนักงานออกมาเราบอกว่าอยากได้ไข่ทอดเขาเลยเรียกแม่ครัวออกมาทอดไข่ให้1ครั้งเสร็จก็รีบเดินกลับเข้าไปที่ห้องเดิม ไม่รอบริการต่อเพื่อมีลูกค้าท่านอื่นมาหรือถ้าเราอยากได้เพื่ม เหมือนถ้าอยากกินก็ต้องเดินไปเรียกเอา การบริการแบบนี้เป็น4ดาวอย่างไงไม่ทราบ

Pros:

Great hotel with lots of shops near by. There are lots of restaurants too, a 7-Eleven and KFC less than 200 meters away. Sightseeing from the 26th is breathtaking with the river running across the city

This is the best hotels I ever staying at for a long time and friendly staff
Pros:

Every thing is perfect, foods, location, swimming pool, view, resturance, friendly staff, the room layout for single person and large family depending on how you booked.
Got a large living area for my booking and kitchen.

Cons:

Might need to be a bit more updated with furniture and parking space for each rooms.
