LA UBICACION ES EXCELENTE, EL CHICO QUE HACE LA LIMPIEZA A LOS DIAS SIGUIENTES HACE UN EXCELENTE TRABAJO

Cuando llegamos la habitación tenía polvo, como si la hubieran limpiado pero cerrado y no la limpiaron para el día del check in. También no cuenta con un burro de planchar, entonces tienes que planchar en la cama, cosa que no molesta, pero en esta ocasión mi esposa se confio y dejo la plancha por segundos, y se cayó, quemo la sábana, que al final la cobraron, no nos molesta pagar pero la manera en como lo dijo la recepcionista de la mañana además que el cobro fue algo excesivo. Pero mi esposa si me dijo: y dónde ponemos la plancha o dónde se plancha sino en la cama. En diferentes hoteles que hemos estado, siempre tienen burro

Wonderful place and city.
Pros:

Beds are comfortable, Location is amazing, the staff is gentle, Internet is good, Breakfast is delicious, Shower is great.

Notre chambre était situé à côté de l’ascenseur et le bruit était énormément dérangeant.
Nous avons eu des coupure d’électricité.
La Clim était très bruyante et nous ne pouvons pas la régler il fallait donc choisir entre avoir chaud ou froid.
La connexion wifi était horrible.

Bonito lugar, con algunos detalles :(

Me gustó que el lugar está en una muy buena ubicación, céntrica y con diversas opciones de entretenimiento alrededor. El personal es muy amable en todo momento, te reciben y apoyan de la mejor manera. La habitación se ve tal cual se muestra en las fotografías, es amplia y la cama es cómoda.

Cons:

El lugar es tan bonito pero desafortunadamente me tocó que el sanitario olía muy mal, además había una cucaracha muerta en el sanitario. La alberca no estaba en las mejores condiciones, no estaba como se ve en las fotografías. Tal vez la experiencia podría ser muy satisfactoria si hubiera mas limpieza a higiene, tanto en las habitaciones como en las áreas comunes para huéspedes.
