Nos contactaron por whatsapp diciendo que no se habia podido efectuar el pago de la tarjeta y que nos iban enviar un link de pago para realizarlo lo cual nos parecio raro, parecia que querian omitir la comision de booking, por ende decidimos no seguir. Al dia siguiente magicamente pudieron hacer el cobro de la reserva y cuando les dijimos que habiamos decidido ir a otro hotel por la situacion se negaron a devolvernos la plata de la reserva lo cual nos genero mucho malestar por como se habia dado todo.
