Venice was beautiful but I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Cons:

The AC was not working and when we asked about it they said just open a window. The window didn’t have a screen so we got mosquitos in the room. They said someone would stop by in the morning to look at it but we were only getting be there one night. Eventually my husband went to the front desk to see if they could move us or something and they gave him a portable fan. Not the greatest concern for our situation and no discount either due to booking through a 3rd party. I don’t usually write reviews but they really didn’t care.

La Ubicación del lugar

Cons:

Tuvimos serios problemas con el aire acondicionado durante nuestra estadía. A pesar de haber informado reiteradamente en recepción, se nos entregaron respuestas poco claras y en varias ocasiones se nos indicó que el problema sería solucionado, lo cual nunca ocurrió. Resulta evidente que el personal estaba en conocimiento de que el equipo no funcionaba y, aun así, no se tomaron las medidas correspondientes ni se nos dio una solución alternativa.
Como consecuencia, nos vimos obligados a dormir con las ventanas abiertas, lo que generó una situación muy incómoda debido a la presencia de zancudos. Esta experiencia fue totalmente insatisfactoria y lejos de los estándares esperados.

Das Hotel verdient definitiv mindestens drei Sterne. Es ist sehr günstig gelegen, in der Nähe des Bahnhofs, der Bushaltestelle zum Flughafen und der meisten Vaporetto-Linien.
Das Hotel ist in einem ausgezeichneten Zustand, verfügt über einen Aufzug und bietet einen guten Reinigungsservice.
Das Personal ist aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich Natalie und Svetlana, denen ich sehr dankbar bin.
Das Frühstück ist hervorragend und bietet eine große Auswahl. Es gibt Gemüse, Salate, Omeletts, Eier, verschiedene Käsesorten, Schinken, Speck, Gebäck, Croissants und Säfte.
Das Frühstück beginnt um 7:30 Uhr, was für Touristen sehr praktisch ist.
Ich kann dieses Hotel Touristen uneingeschränkt empfehlen.
Отель безусловно соответствует минимум трем звездам , очень удобное расположение, рядом вокзал, остановка автобусов в аэропорт, остановки большинства маршрутов вапоретто.
Отель находится в прекрасном состоянии, лифт, хорошая уборка номеров.
Персонал внимательный ,готовый помочь . Особенно отмечу Натали и Светлану, большая им благодарность.
Завтраки прекрасные, большой выбор . Есть овощи, зелень , омлет, яйца, сыры разных сортов, ветчина, бекон, выпечка, круасаны, соки.
Начало завтрака очень удобное для туристов - с 7-30.
Отель безусловно рекомендую для туристов

ロケーション最高！部屋も清潔で、またイタリアを周遊しているとバスルームの換気が悪かったり、スーツケースを必ず何段かは自ら持って上がらないといけないホテルも多い中、このホテルは全くそんな事がなくて感動！朝早く出発することを伝えると、breakfast boxも用意してくれた！

The stay was overall okay. The location was very good and convenient for getting around. The room itself was quite small, but suitable for a short stay. The bathroom was nice and newly renovated. Breakfast was good and provided a nice start to the day.

Great location.
Pros:

Great location close to public transport, walking distance from bus and train station without taking water taxi or crossing many bridges. In a calm street, with shops and restos nearby. Clean room. Good value for money.

Cons:

Bathroom was tiny, however equiped with bidet.

Great location and a comfortable place to stay.
Pros:

Great location near train station and water taxi. The area felt like a neighborhood where we could eat and shop. Breakfast had a lot of choices. We were able to leave our bags before check in and after check out.

Cons:

The breakfast area was very small and crowded. Mini fridge was empty when we arrived, when some water would have been nice.
