The breakfast was good for three days we were there - maybe would need more variety if staying longer ?

Our room, 307 :
Bed very comfortable. Brilliant shower but the pole holding the shower did keep coming out of its housing. Water escaped though the door/cabinet seal.

A small bar service facility would be great, especially for a nightcap. 😊

Cons:

Not the hotel's fault, but the lift breaking down was not great as it coincided with our last night plus leaving morning when we had to transport our cases etc.. The staff did genuinely offer their help if we needed it.

Pros:

鉄道駅から徒歩３分、荷物があってもラクチンの便利な立地。スーパーも近くにある。
お部屋はモダンでとても綺麗、ダブルベッドは寝心地良く、暖房も暖かく快適に過ごせた。
窓からは通りが見渡せるシティービューでロケーションが良かった。
朝食ブッフェが美味しかった。特に焼き立てクロワッサン、ミニドルチェのスフォリアテッラがとても美味しかった！
トマトときゅうりリーフサラダ・暖かいスクランブルエッグとソーセージ・生ハム・サラミ・カマンベールチーズ・クリームチーズ・ヨーグルト・丸ごとフルーツ等、満足な内容でした。

A Lovely short visit tp Venice.
Pros:

The hotel is 200m from the station and 100m from the boats that serve the Grand Canal. There is a huge number of places to eat and the choice is almost too difficult to make. The hotel breakfast offers a good choice to add uel for the day ahead.

Hotel novo, próximo a estação de trem Veneza, o que acaba sendo excelente para evitar transitar por malas.
Quartos limpos e bem cuidados.
Hotel novo e reformado, atendimento da recepção muito bom.

Único ponto negativo era somente uma funcionária responsável pelo café da manhã que acabava expulsando os hóspedes antes de acabar de tomar café
