La personne qui m'a accueilli a été super gentil
L'emplacement est top pratique, les vaporettos sont juste à côté ligne 1 et 2 facile et tout aussi pratique à pied.

Hotel tranquillo, vicino alla stazione di st. Lucia. Siamo arrivati in anticipo rispetto all'orario previsto del checkin ma ci hanno assegnato subito una stanza, con vista città (avevamo prenotato una vista cortile). Camera silenziosa, all'ultimo piano, con frigobar e aria condizionata regolabile e funzionante anche togliendo la scheda quando uscivamo. Abbiamo trovato le comode ciabattine. Bagno con bidet e doccia grande. Prodotti bagno di buona qualità. Colazione ottima, varia e di qualità.

La locación es excelente , todo muy limpio y el desayuno muy completo.

Quartos totalmente diferentes das fotos do booking (reservamos dois quartos).

Hotel muito antigo, com aparência diferente das fotos.

Localização, embora ao lado da estação, achamos ruim.

The second set of rooms were clean and fine.

Cons:

First of all I asked for rooms close together and booked with enough time yet this request was not really honored. Secondly, the rooms that we were given one of them 303 smelled like sewage. When I went downstairs and informed front desk staff I was told to just deal with it that this happens in Venice. I put my foot down and after my persistence she gave me 2 other rooms in a sister hotel with no elevator. I was appalled that a change in room was not her first suggestion instead to tell people to just deal with it should not be the stance of a good hotel or its staff.
