The hotel is perfect for wind surfers as the beach in front of the hotel has large waves and good wind. It is organised
Pros:

The location was good and the rooms were clean as were all the outside areas. The lady at the reception was very helpful with advise on where to go and what to see.

Cons:

The pool needs to be refurbished as old. The water was not crystal clean so was not inviting to swim. The breakfast did not include fried eggs which is a must only omelet and boiled eggs. The bathroom was smelling a lot of sewage as did not have a window or expel air.

Fabulous stay
Pros:

The location is ideal if you want peace and quiet. The owners of the hotel were so helpful and very accommodating. It was very clean and a lovely vibe. The view from our bedroom which was a superior room was amazing overlooking the sea. We walked a lot whilst there to Golden Sands beach roughly 1.5miles away a lovely coastal walk, but probably not ideal if mobility is an issue unless you hire a car which we did not.
There are a couple of restaurants nearby. Food in the hotel was lovely, all the staff were so friendly. Easy to get taxis and we went to Naoussa for the afternoon, great marina loads of great shops and bars and restaurants. But was glad we stayed where we stayed.

Cons:

Nothing it was all fabulous!

Very windy and reception staff could have been more helpful.
Pros:

The property was right by the beach with a few restaurants within walking distance. It is better suited to windsurfers as the beach seems to be a centre for windsurfing on Paros. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Reception is at the top of the property meaning getting your bags to the rooms can be a challenge. There is no assistance with the bags etc and there is another entrance which we later discovered which would have been easier. It’s quite remote so having a car is a must.

Hôtel très bien mais vieillissant a l'intérieur comme a l'extérieur, il y aurait pas mal de travaux et de rafraîchissement à faire
Restaurant : j'ai commandé un poisson avec purée de céleri en accompagnement, il m'a été servi une grosse assiette de salade verte avec le poisson sans aucune explication.... Devant mon mécontentement il m'a été proposé de choisir un autre plat

Una piccola oasi di pace dove potersi rilassare a due passi dal mare senza doversi spostare.
Pros:

La struttura è praticamente sul mare, due passi e sei in spiaggia, il personale ti fa sentire subito a casa, Anastasia è fantastica ed è sempre disponibile, in realtà tutto lo staff è accogliente e ti aiutano in caso di necessità.

Pros:

The beach! The view! The breakfast is a bit better than the Greek average! But not unforgettable! The bed mattress was extremely comfortable for us!

Cons:

The room facilities are very lacking and old and the whole accommodation is terribly outdated even compared to Greek accommodation! With a little effort, it could be turned into a wonderful accommodation!

Paros Philoxenia - Hotel familial près des spots de glisse
Pros:

Hôtel simple mais agréable très bien situé à proximité des points d'intérêts de Paros. La plage juste en face de l'hôtel est un vrai plus et permet de profiter des sports de glisse (kite, funboard, windfoil) car le site est très bien venté. Les locaux sont propres et l'hôtel est calme.
La piscine est également très agréable et le fait de pouvoir prendre son petit-déjeuner avec vue sur la mer au bord de la piscine est très sympa.

Cons:

Beaucoup de fourmis sur la terrasse mais rien de bien méchant.

La cosa che più mi è piaciuta dell'hotel era il fatto che si affacciava sul mare. Il mare è fantastico! Un po' ventoso ma molto bello da ammirare. Anche le ragazze del bar molto gentili e accoglienti.

Purtroppo ritorno a casa e non mi porto un bel ricordo di questo hotel eccetto della vista sul mare che inizialmente non abbiamo neanche potuto ammirare dalla camera perché nonostante avessimo pagato per una camera Superior vista mare ce ne avevano assegnata una con vista casetta che ci copriva tutta la vista sul mare. Dopo vari tentativi siamo riusciti a cambiare camera con vista mare anche se non era la stessa (stupenda) che abbiamo visto sulle foto di booking. Apprezziamo ovviamente che ci hanno aiutato a trovare una soluzione ma ci rattristiamo subito dopo quando una signora delle pulizie ci chiede per quale motivo cambiamo camera ed afferma che le camere sono identiche con un'aria lamentosa.. quando non è vero perché la vista è completamente diversa! Sinceramente non mi è piaciuto questo suo commento.. sarebbe stato più carino se non si fosse intromessa. Per non parlare delle pulizie che venivano fatte in maniera superficiale, la camera era sempre piena di insetti un po' ovunque di cui uno spiaccicato in bagno sul muro che non è mai stato rimosso. I comodini erano sporchi con delle macchie e polvere che ho dovuto pulire io. Poi succede che un giorno la signora delle pulizie ci ha lasciato il detersivo spray più il panno sporco sul tavolo dove c'erano i miei trucchi, mi è sembrato fatto apposta così come il giorno seguente non ci ha riempito i saponi che erano palesemente finiti. Inoltre il condizionatore dava spesso problemi perché perdeva acqua e quindi dovevamo mettere l'asciugamano a terra perché non potevano risolverci il problema, così ci hanno detto. Infine l'hotel è lontano dalle cittadine perciò è un po' scomodo muoversi, l'unica soluzione è noleggiare un auto. Veramente un peccato tutto questo perché purtroppo ha influito in maniera molto negativa sul nostro soggiorno che non siamo riusciti a goderci al 100% e senza pensieri.
