Замечательные виды с балкона, прекрасный персонал, но возвращаться в этот отель не хочется…
Pros:

1. Местоположение и виды с балкона- замечательные.
2. Очень приятные , доброжелательные сотрудники.
3. Удобная парковка.
4. Очень тихо ночью: ни лая собак, ни рева машин.
5. Обновленная ванная комната.
6. Удобная кровать

Cons:

1. Впервые жили в таком устарелом, неуютном номере « люкс».
2. Бассейн и СПА- за отдельную плату. Это не указано в описании отеля на Букинг.
3. Завтрак- два скромных варианта. Не шведский стол. Качество овощей ( помидоры и огурцы) низкое.

Pros:

Невероятно красиво място с всички удобства. Направих резервация за 2 нощувки - почивкасъс 7 годишнияси внук, а останахме повече, защото не ни се тръгваше. Перфектенперсонал..Ще запомня това място като един от най-хубавите хотели в Родопите, които съм посещавал.

Местоположението беше чудесно, но спа центърът не работеше, водата в басейна беше хладка.

Хотелът беше празен, може би още не беше започнал сезона, сауната и парната баня бяха заключени.

РЕЛАКС
Pros:

Хотела надмина очакванията ни. Персонала беше любезен, кухнята перфектна, чистотата на ниво, басейнът топъл. Гледката - невероятна. Който иска да си почине от забързания и динамичен живот в големия град, препоръчвам хотел Борика, ще останите много доволни. Благодарим ви!

Pros:

Хотела е изключително чист и приятен , СПА зоната е голяма и просторна с много чист и топъл басейн .
Мил и любезен персонал , закуската беше на блок-маса и имаше всичко необходимо дори бебешки пюрета и каши и ядково мляко няколко вида .
Кафето в ресторанта е доста добро.
Бях в командировка , но със сигурност бих посетила и със семейството си - много ми допадна .

Pros:

Doğa ile iç içe olması güzeldi.

Cons:

Öncelikle çok bakımsız. Odada bulunan saçı kurutma makinası, sabunluk çalışmıyordu. Havuz kısmında jakuzi asma kilitle kapatılmıştı. Bir diğeri ise kullanım dışı idi. Kahvaltı vasattı. Yataklar rahat değildi. İnternet şifresiz ve odalarda kullanılamıyordu.

Дадохме му шанс да ни зарадва, но се получи както винаги.
Pros:

Шопската салата беше хубава. Стаята има огромен балкон и гледка към гората. Персоналът е мил и внимателен. В банята има вана. Леглото е с меки матраци, но защо са два един до друг? Няма ли легло с цял матрак?! Предполагам, че през лятото хотелът е по-приятен, но трябва да се подобри кухнята определено.

Много неща не са както трябва - детайли, но дразнят. Месото на скара е полусурово. На закуска било имало мекици, ама са го разбрали само първите няколко човека. Ние ядохме каквото е останало. Разочарование! Хотелът тече отвсякъде - персоналът слага кофи по пода. Водата в басейна не е много топла, но затова пък е чиста и няма навалица. СПА-то е мъничко, в сауната има една счупена дъска, но важното е, че работи. Вратата на стаята ни не винаги се заключваше, но то и без това няма кой да влезе и да ни открадне, така че не е фатално. Водата в банята не се оттича много добре по пода. Телевизорът не е смарт, но да не прекаляваме с мрънкането.

Няма нещо, което да не ни е харесало, чисти, топли и уютни стаи, можете да вземете със вас и вашия домашен любимец. Усмихнат и приветлив персонал, готов да ви помогне във всяка ситуация.
