Pros:

Το σπίτι βρίσκεται σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, δίπλα στην γνωστή και πεντακάθαρη παραλία του Μυλοπότα. Ο χώρος είναι πανέμορφος, αλλά αυτό που μας κέρδισε πραγματικά ήταν οι άνθρωποί του. Το προσωπικό είναι εξαιρετικά ευχάριστο και ευγενικό, και ιδιαίτερα η Κατερίνα, η οποία μας έκανε να νιώσουμε σαν στο σπίτι μας από την πρώτη στιγμή!

Cons:

Θα ήθελα απλώς να επισημάνω με όλη την καλή διάθεση ένα ζήτημα. Στο δωμάτιο δεν υπήρχε κλιματιστικό και ο ανεμιστήρας οροφής δεν δούλευε καλά και έκανε έντονο θόρυβο. Αναγκαστήκαμε να έχουμε συνέχεια τα παράθυρα ανοιχτά, οπότε είχαμε θέμα με κουνούπια κατά τη διάρκεια της νύχτας.

Quando arrivi su un'isola che non conosci e diventi parte della meravigliosa famiglia di Katerina e Giorgio.
La nostra esperienza è andata oltre le nostre aspettative.
I padroni di casa sono stati super accoglienti, la stanza andava bene,con balconcino vista mare, posizione ottima.
Le colazioni abbondanti e servite sempre in allegria.
Grazie di tutto Ragazzi❤️ A presto.

My stay at ios plage was the best! The location of the hotel is perfect, walking distance to the beach, restaurants, Far out beach club, even right next to Ios’s hidden swimming spot ‘flat rock’ (which is a bit of a hike but I recommend everyone do) if you want party the bus that takes you straight into the heart of town is right outside the hotel. All these great things and my favourite part of my stay was the Family that owns and runs it! From the moment my friend and I walked in we were greeted and made to feel at home. Anything we needed they did for us, George especially went out of his way to make sure my friend and I had the perfect Ios experience. If I ever come back to Ios I will be coming back to stay at Ios Plage purely because I miss them ❤️

La posizione, la gentilezza e l'ospitalità dello staff

Cons:

La pulizia lascia molto a desiderare. La camera spesso non viene pulita, i teli da bagno e gli asciugamani raramente vengono cambiati. Il bagno è terribile, assolutamente inadeguato, piccolissimo, sporco e senza doccia. La manutenzione è inesistente.

Albergo si trova in un'ottima posizione, fronte spiaggia in fonda al paesino (tranquilità e reservatezza garantita).
Vista mare dalla finestra, camera pulita e spaziosa

Albergo gestito da una famiglia meravigliosa, stra disponibile e simpatica, pronta ad assistere per ogni esigenza.
Sicuramente da ritornarci, una meraviglia di posto.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet hôtel, qui offre un très bon rapport qualité-prix.

Les hôtes sont vraiment adorables, accueillants et chaleureux. Nous nous sommes tout de suite sentis à l’aise et avons passé un très bon moment avec notre fille. C’est un endroit où l’on se sent vraiment bien.

La chambre était conforme à la description, donc nous savions que la salle de bains était petite, ce qui ne nous a pas posé de problème. Le petit déjeuner est simple, mais préparé avec beaucoup d’amour, ce qui le rend particulièrement agréable.

Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié la magnifique vue, les beaux couchers de soleil, ainsi que l’accès à une très belle plage.

abbiamo dovuto cambiare hotel.
la persona alla receptionist ha preso gli occhiali della mia ragazza, se li è messi in bocca e poi se li è messi in testa . ha toccato il costume che aveva in mano la mia ragazza così, per scherzare, per non farsi mancare nulla. ci ha dato degli stupidì perché eravamo andati ad ios senza aver controllato le discoteche prima. finalmente poi ci ha portato nella camera, davanti la porta ci saranno state 10 buste della spazzatura. entriamo, il bagno uno schifo, non mi sarei fatto una doccia neanche sotto pagamento. niente aria condizionata, solamente un ventilatore vecchio di 100 anni, il materasso appoggiato sopra il cemento grezzo, la vista? niente, non si vedeva il mare perché non hanno potato le piante, quindi vedevi la buganvillee non il mare. 130 euro a notte e questo è il trattamento? abbiamo cambiato hotel immediatamente. fidatevi a 140 euro abbiamo trovato uno molto molto più accogliente e bello .

Δεν μου άρεσαν οι παροχές - υπηρεσίες καθώς ήταν ανεπαρκείς, χωρίς να ικανοποιούνται οι ανάγκες μας.
Έλλειψη πίεσης νερού, υγιεινής - καθαριότητας, ανεπαρκές πρωινό, έλλειψη θερμοσίφωνα με αποτέλεσμα το νερό να είναι κρύο και έλλειψη air-conditioning
