Pros:

El room q me tocó fue al lado del salón de desayuno entonces eran 6:30 y ya se escuchaba ruido a tazas vasos y además el personal hablaba tan fuerte como si fuese las 11 am y eran las 6:30 am totalmente desubicados porq uno va de vacaciones y trata de descansar y no despertar a las 6:30am con ruidos y los gritos del personal

Pros:

Reception staff was very helpful in a number of ways. Breakfast offered fresh and tasty food. Location is close to central Rome train station and yet neighborhood felt safe. Internet was generally reliable. Bed firm, yet comfortable for me.

No changing this, but your room may be small.

A localização é ótima e mesmo tendo moveis mais antigos, tive zero problema

Cons:

Ter que ficar deixando a chave na recepção é meio péssimo e senti que meu acesso estava meio controlado. Além do mais, não pode receber nenhuma visita se quiser. Recepcionista da noite é bem ríspido e senti que toda vez que chegava, havia um certo preconceito por parte dele. Também pedi para colocarem sabão de banho no segundo dia e não colocaram até a minha saída.

O hotel é muito bem localizado, perto da Piazza della Repubblica, com acesso fácil ao metrô, que funciona bem em Roma. O café da manhã é muito bom, todos os atendentes são atenciosos e prestativos, excelente. O hotel é todo climatizado, então era um alívio chegar dos passeios em pleno verão e a temperatura estar super agradável, nas áreas comuns e no quarto. O meu quarto ficava no andar térreo, com vista para a linda estátua da entrada do hotel, muito lindo.

Удачное расположение, красивый чистый номер, доброжелательный и отзывчивый персонал. Если поеду еще раз коротко в Рим, то 100% буду рассматривать этот отель как место стоянки

Cons:

Не рассказали про завтрак, который был включен в бронь. Менеджер на ресепшен не мог говорить по-английский на достаточном уровне, чтобы объяснить куда приходить, какой порядок и др. Утром в итоге просто решила не приходить на завтрак и все) не критично, но было бы хорошо, если бы рассказали детали
