Great location, clean and very friendly staff.
Pros:

Everything was good but the location is perfect. Very closed to all the attractions and the train terminal.

Cons:

The room for 1 person is alright but for two will be really small.

Great location and helpful staff .
Pros:

It was quite basic / not fancy accomodation but perfect for a tourist just needing to relax and be close to centrale termini and would be great for anyone wanting to see the sights in Rome . As a solo traveller i felt perfectly comfortable .
The staff were warm, informative & professional

Cons:

Maybe explaining how to enter the building . I pushed the button & doors opened but I did not know to do so

Hôtel très propre et bien placé à environ 10 minutes à pieds de Roma Termini. Personnel très sympathique et disponible! Tout était super!

We liked everything at the hotel, except the loud fan in the bathroom, which turns on automatically with the light...

Cons:

It is not comfortable to carry the suitcases upstairs without an elevator. We were offered to bring them upstairs when we checked in, but not when we checked out.
Parking is too far and expensive, if you have to park your car for a few days. In Rome it's called ZTL zone - hotel is in this zone and you cannot park. So, it's OK to stay there, if you have a really small luggage and not going to do shopping (which is many people like to do in Rome), also if you travel for business or without a car.

Great location, clean, safe and ataff are fabulous
Pros:

Location was great! The room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of choices.
The best part was the staff. They are so lovely and accomodating. I got to Rome very early and they prioritised cleaning my room so I can check in straight away.
