WELL WE ARRIVED FOR OUR WEDDING ANNIVERSARY, PAYING $500 FOR A SINGLE ROOM AND WHEN WE GOT THERE THE GUY OUT THE FRONT SAID - IF YOU WANT TO PARK IT WILL COST $85 , I SAID WE WERE STAYING , HIS REPLY WELL IF YOU HAVE NO SPECIAL PARKING YOU NEED TO GO BACK DOWN THE ROAD AND PARK BUY THE CASINO - IT WAS RAINING , I SAID YOUR KIDDING - HE DIDNT GIVE A MONKEY , IT TOTALLY SPOILED OUR ANIVERSARY AND WE ENDED UP GOING HOME SO DISAPPOINTED - TO BOOK AHOTEL AND NOT PROVIDE PARKING OVER NIGHT IS DISGUSTING AND TO HAVE PARKING 10 MINS WALK AWAY IS A TOTAL JOKE! ESPECIALLY IF ITS RAINING AND YOU HAVE LUGGAGE !!!!!! THE PARKING ASSISTANT WAS USELESS AND HAD A CHIP ON HIS SHOULDER!

WE FEEL WE NEVER WANT TO COME TO THE BUSRSWORD EVER AGAIN BUT THIS EXPERIANCE

Miserable with a view

I liked the room and the view and the comfort

Cons:

The way my partner was abused disrespected and denied access to our room or contact to getting me to allow her to come up I also just like the way I've been disrespected now by the staff they check out process and having my funds come back and then also being denied exit from the car park because I lost my ticket as I was shaking by the fact of being so disrespected and treated like it was used to be my favorite place in the world come to feel safe have fun spend my money
