Geeignet zum Übernachten
Pros:

Ich war auf Wanderung. Das Zimmer eignet sich zum Übernachten.

Cons:

Die Reception war um 16.30 h nicht besetzt, obschon ich explizit nach der Ankunftszeit gefragt wurde. Zwei weitere Personen waren auch da. Auf einem Zettel stand, dass erst um 17 h jemand kommen würde. Ich musste auf Englisch intervenieren, damit jemand uns alle schliesslich etwas früher eincheckte.
Die Sauberkeit ist ungenügend. Der Matratzenüberzug des Betts, das ich in der Einzelbelegung nicht benötigte, war fleckig. Ebenso fanden sich Haare darauf. Ich meldete dies, worauf dieser von der Matratze einfach abgezogen wurde. Ein neuer Überzug wurde nicht aufgezogen.
Die Dusche war völlig verkalkt, die Armaturen matt und die Glaswände voller Wasserflecken.
Grobfahrlässig ist, dass Fluchtwege und Notausgänge für den Brandfall nicht bezeichnet sind! Der Fluchtplan lag unter der Liste der TV Sender. Ein Fluchtplan gehört gut sichtbar an die Innenseite der Türe geklebt.

Friendly, clean, welcoming.
Pros:

Ich war nach einigen Bewertungen über Sauberkeit und Personal zunächst etwas skeptisch. Vor Ort war mein Eindruck aber genau das Gegenteil: sehr freundliches Personal, saubere Zimmer und ein wirklich schönes Hotel. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt und würde wiederkommen.

Naja, „in der Not frisst der Teufel Fliegen“

Zentral gelegen und in der Not gut über booking guthabt, aber das war alles.

Cons:

Es wurde ein Zimmer mit Gartenblick und Zugang zur Terrasse gebucht. Bekommen haben wir ein Zimmer zur Hauptstraße und eine Etage höher als die gemeinschaftlich zu nutzende Terrasse. Die Treppe war Horror für Besucher mit Koffern. Umtausch war leider nicht möglich.

Unser Glück war, dass wir nur eine Nacht gebucht haben.
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind gross und haben ein eigenes WC mit Dusche.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war miserabel und das Ambiente ohne Dekoration, einfach nur schrecklich. Das Zimmer und das Bad waren nicht sehr sauber. Es war auch sehr unpersönlich. Ich würde es nicht mal meinem grössten Feind empfehlen.
