Pros:

Receptionist said that while Booking.com made my reservation, they did not say that I had paid them for the stay. I phoned my Mastercard company, and they did, indeed, have a charge for that property. Nevertheless, the receptionist would not let me leave without paying for the room again. Queen of MEAN! She ruined my day. I shall contest the double charge through my credit card company. Why would you permit that woman to work for you?

Cons:

Reverse order for my written responses. What I liked: Best breakfast in Italy.

Pros:

Staff was polite, Very good location, with a bus stop directly to venice, Free closed parking, acceptable breakfast with good coffee

Cons:

Rooms are very basic, shower very small, I don't know how they give starts in hotels in Italy but this is NOT a four start hotel on the normal standards in other countries

Pros:

Educazione e cortesia del personale. È complessivamente pulito. Comodo per raggiungere Venezia.

Cons:

Le camere hanno un arredamento anni 70 imbarazzante. Impianto di condizionamento rumoroso e poco efficace. Il bagno è vecchio e tristissimo. Non c'è un sistema di oscuramento efficace per cui al mattino filtra la luce che ti sveglia all'alba... Colazione di pessima qualità. 4 stelle????? Bah....
