Pros:

Piscine chauffée, vue imprenable sur la montagne, le petit dejeuner la literie, les massages

Cons:

Prix un peu élevé pour un 3 étoiles mais tous les équipements sont bien présents
Peinture un peu à rafraîchir

Très belle hôtel, quelques détails à revoir mais je revendrai.
Pros:

L'accueil au top, repas moyens et petit déjeuner satisfaisant.
Piscine 23 degrés chauffer à 28.

Cons:

Toilette fuyait toute la nuit, demande particulière non prise en compte.
Mais rattraper par 1 heure de spa offert le lendemain.

Pros:

Son emplacement dans Cilaos…. Le mur végétal et le petit jardin intérieur

Cons:

Le visuel sur certains espaces de l’hôtel où ce n’est pas rangé…. Des endroits dans la cour ou des matériaux de constructions sont visibles…
Le manque de chaleur et de décoration dans le restaurant…. La salle de sport très peu engageante ….. 4 machines seulement….

Bel accueil, proximité des employés notamment au restaurant.
Literie très confortable, hôtel intimiste et calme, la cuisine excellente.
