Pros:

Très bon accueil. Réceptionnistes très agréables. Merci encore de nous avoir proposé une chambre plus grande 🤗
Hôtel bien situé, avec vue imprenable sur la mer. Petit déjeuner parfait avec un grand choix de produits sucrés et salés.
Deux piscines propres à disposition.
Nous avons apprécié notre séjour.

Beaucoup de choses :
- l’acceuil : grâce à Florence qui a été d’une gentillesse comme nous n’en n’avions jamais vu auparavant ! ( nous reviendrons principalement pour Florence d’ailleurs)
- la location : lieu calme avec une belle vue sur la mer. Facile d’accès et parking gratuit sécurisé
- les commodités : 2 piscines, une salle de sport mais aussi une option massage avec des prix imbattables
- la chambre : simple mais très confortable avec tout à disposition et un balcon très agréable
- nourriture : très bonne !

Pros:

Emplacement.
Piscines, parking et petit frigo dans la chambre. Pas de climatisation mais ventilateur.....
Vue depuis la chambre.

Cons:

Hôtel clairement vieillissant qui mérite un grand rafraîchissement en général.
Beaucoup de marchés, mieux vaut être en forme et sans bagages.
Manque d'étagères et de porte manteaux dans la salle de bain.
Tarif excessif, également pour la partie hôtelière. Dommage.

Er was geen restaurant. Je kon pizza's bestellen tot 19u - we aten onze pizza op buiten op het terras waar we tegen 20u weg moesten omdat het terras/bar sloot. Heel jammer / waar moet je die pizza dan opeten?
Het was die avond ook EK finale. We moesten noodgedwongen op de kamer kijken omdat de TV in de lobby de match niet kon uitzenden.
Vooral in de zomerse toeristenmaanden kan een restaurant/bar met beperkte kaart goed opbrengen. Er was volk genoeg!

Teleurstellend....
Pros:

De locatie en het pand heeft echt potentie! Ooit is het hier allemaal wel aanwezig geweest...

Cons:

De foto's op Booking.com en de website zijn erg misleidend van de werkelijkheid. We hebben 335 euro betaald voor 1 nacht en dat was absoluut niet de verwachte prijs/kwaliteit verhouding.

Je ziet dat bijv bij de stoel bij het zwembad wat de staat is van materialen. Veel is oud, versleten of gebroken.

Bij de bar staat er niets meer wat gedronken kan worden of personeel (dat zie je wel op de foto's op booking), er staat enkel een webcam.

De gang wordt gebruikt als opslagplaats voor verrijdbare verwarming en stofzuiger (die dan ook nog eens met tape geplakt is).

Het oogt onverzorgd zoals je lege spijkers aan de muue, stopcontacten half uit de muur, covid restricties hangen nog overal opgeplakt.

De slaapbank in onze kamer was opgemaakt (niet voor ons) waardoor je niet eens op de bank kon zitten.

De badkamer vol schimmel en kalk.

Het ontbijt is niet zoals op de foto's van booking. Daar zie je mooi opgedekte tafels met veel verse producten. In werkelijkheid staat er een beperkt buffet waar je met plastic dienblad langs loopt met zeer beperkt assortiment.

Verder staat op de foto's op booking veel eten en drankjes. Er is geen eten te verkrijgen of bestellen. Toen ik daar naar vroeg kreeg ik de folder in mijn hand gedrukt van een bezorgpizza. Ook op hun eigen website staat nog dat er een restaurant is. Terwijl die al tijden gesloten is.

Helaas heeft het hotel niet gereageerd op contactpogingen per mail of via de klantenservice van Booking.
