In generale mi sono trovata bene. Però sono stata meglio in altri luoghi della Grecia
Pros:

Certamente era favorevole la posizione in Agia Marina. Colazione e pulizia buone. Lo staff un po meno alcune persone davvero gentili e disponibili,altre decisamente meno.

Cons:

Ad esempio l’ultimo giorno avrei preferito pagare la camera e restare in camera più a lungo delle 10 del mattino ma non mi è stato concesso.

L’emplacement est super, beaucoup de restaurant au alentour et proche du centre de Chania

L’emplacement. La vue sur la mer de la chambre.

Cons:

La douche n’est pas fermée, cela mouille toute la salle de bain. Un peu de rénovation devrait être fait dans les chambres. La piscine n’ouvre pas avant 10h.

I liked the politeness of the staff at the restaurant during breakfast and dinner. The location is very nice and the hotel is spacious and offered excellent food! The theme nights were lots of fun, especially the Greek night! I liked my double bed and the fact that we had a separate room from our kids. The view was nice, and the scenery of the whole complex was spectacular!

Cons:

I didn't like the fact that you had to pay for the safety box and the towels for the pool. The shower in the room is old and small. The massage room smelled mould, and it needs renovation regarding what it represents.

Pros:

The best part of the accomodation is its location which is very near to minimarkets and the beach and the delicious large buffet of breakfast. Also the employees are very helpful and kind. We enjoyed a lot the 7days that we stayed and I would suggest it.

Cons:

Although I believe that the price for one room per night is expensive according to others in Chania. For instance I would appreciate if the rooms were renovated because they are a little old and for the price that they cost we expected something more. Also the parking location is not convenient because the location of the hotel is on an uphill and it's difficult to reach by car.

Pros:

Our week-long stay at Hotel Theo has just come to an end, so it’s time for a recap. It was a wonderful time spent with great people and delicious food! The hotel is well-maintained, and the rooms are cleaned thoroughly every day. The staff are always helpful, friendly, and smiling (special greetings to Chris, Rain, Janina, and the entire bar team 🥰). The food was excellent, and the portions were huge! The alcohol was of a good European standard—we never ran short of anything. The level of service was like that of a fine-dining restaurant; we really hadn't expected that! The hotel's location is fantastic—close to the beach and with a lovely sea view. So, once again, I’d like to thank the entire staff and encourage anyone who is undecided to book—you won't regret it! ;) Best regards, Mariusz (ouzo + sparkling water 😅)

Sijaitsee hyvällä paikalla lähellä rantaa, ravintoloita ja kauppoja. Hotelli on mäen päällä, hissillä pääs ylös ja alas. Kiva allasalue ja allasbaari. Aamupala monipuolinen. aurinkotuoleja liian vähän ja se aurinkotuolien varaaminen aikasin aamulla pyyhkeillä. Naurettavaa ku pyyhkeet ilmestyy 8 aikaa aamulla aurinkotuolille mut varaajat saapuu paikalle vasta tuntien päästä ja työntekijät ei niitä poista vaikka "säännöissä" niin lupailevat

Bit of a steep climb to get about ..rooms to breakfast area !

Pet Peve - entitled guests spread pool towels on all the pool chairs first thing in the morning, then show up hours and hours later , management need to police this ( if your not in the pool area , towels should be removed )
