Huoneen iso terassi oli hieno. Aamupala oli hyvä, paitsi tuoreiden hedelmien taso vaihteli päivittäin suuresti. Allasalue oli hieno.

The people here are very nice! I've met so many wonderful people, the food is delicious, and the service is top-notch. I love this place, and I'll always have fond memories of the people here.I remember Ellie, Nikita, Raphael, and Rin best. They were wonderful people with big hearts! They talked to us every day and helped us when we needed help.

I would love to thank all people working in there who made our holidays feels good.

Except two ladies working in service who had quite weird and raw energy they were working usually during the day time and were focused so much on the rules - it felt like to much control from their side. From the younger one you could feel some arrogance even.

Special thanks I want to send to my lovely people with whom I didn’t have time to hug and say bye at our last day. I don’t remember the name of this lovely Lady, but she works evening shifts at the bar - You are so great, kind and thoughtful! But openminded Dimitris made us feel special - I’ve observed that he is having such a spirit for this job and do every guest feel special and seen - bringing smile on their face doing his job professionally with elegance. Thank you guys …

The one minus was the opening hours of the pool. Food was great, huge choice, the rooms clean but could be renovated. Overall great :)

Vi var svært fornøyd med vårt hotellopphold. Det var god frokost med variert mat, i tillegg prøvde vi også middagen under gresk aften som var svært bra. Hotellet tilbyr underholdning flere dager i uken, blant annet live musikk og gresk aften med musikk og dans.

Personalet på hotellet gjør sitt ypperste for at gjestene skal føle seg velkommen, og slår gjerne av en prat eller to. De har også vært svært behjelpelig under oppholdet. Bassengområdet har gode solsenger og gode forhold for å sole seg gjennom hele dagen. Her trenger man ikke å «kjempe» om solsengene, selv i høysesong. Vi prøvde også massasjen de tilbyr på hotellet, som også var veldig bra!

Lovely hotel, we stayed a week with family and everything was great. Good food, nice atmosphere, all the staff is very friendly and takes the best care about guests. Close to the beach with sunbeds and sand.

My son and I had an amazing experience at the hotel. The service at the reception and in the restaurant was excellent, the buffet was wonderful with many options. The events at the hotel were very lively and professional with live music and lots of dancing. I will definitely return someday.

The location of hotel was perfect, few minutes to the beach and to the restaurants. Bus to Chania leaves from mainroad, just a few minutes to walk there. Easy to walk to Agia Marina as well if preferred.

The staff was pleasant and they also kept the hotel area clean. Maybe there wasn’t a point to change the towels of the room everyday.

We stayed in a room with sea view (in the building opposite of the reception and also where the elevator located), that was nice. But bring earplugs! All the noices were heard clearly and the door of the room slammed because of the air flow. But with earplugs all was good and we slept well.

Air con of the room was ok, but the conditioner was old and wasn’t powerful enough to cool the room for the night. We heard that in other rooms the air con was more powerful.

Breakfast was good, more fresh fruits/juices could be served. People reserved the sunbeds while on their way to breakfast, so be prepared, there most likely isn’t any sunbeds available after breakfast. The pool area could bigger or there could be more sunbeds, felt a little bit crowded when the hotel is fully booked.

We hoped there would be more non-alcoholic drinks/mocktails offered in the poolbar. Now there was two, which were good though! But the pool bar food was good, special note to hamburger.

All in all, good experience and good value for money.

We had a lovely stay at Theo Hotel in Crete and overall it was a very positive experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were always friendly, welcoming, and happy to help whenever needed.
The hotel itself was in a great location and provided everything we needed for an enjoyable holiday. The atmosphere was relaxed, and the team worked hard to make guests feel comfortable throughout their stay.
The only small improvements I would suggest would be slightly larger bathroom/shower spaces, as they felt a little cramped at times, and ensuring toiletries are replenished more promptly when needed.
Aside from those minor points, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend Theo Hotel to anyone visiting Crete. Thank you to all the staff for making our holiday a wonderful one!

Η τοποθεσία είναι άριστη, δίπλα στη θάλασσα και στα τουριστικά θέρετρα Σταλού, Αγίας Μαρίνας και Πλατανιά. Κοντά στο ξενοδοχείο υπάρχουν πολλές και καθαρές παραλίες. Επίσης η πόλη των Χανίων βρίσκεται σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση. Το ξενοδοχείο είναι πολύ άνετο με αρκετούς χώρους αναψυχής και ποικίλους περιποιημένους κήπους. Το πρωινό σερβίρεται σε κλειστή και ανοικτή αίθουσα και είναι εξαιρετικό από πλευράς ποσότητας, ποιότητας και ποικιλίας. Όλα τα μέλη του προσωπικού διακρίνονται για την ευγένεια και την ευχάριστη διάθεση.

Lovely little hotel. Starting with the positives gorgeous pool area with super comfy sunbeds and never a problem getting any, wonderful friendly staff and a nice balcony bar. Only had snack food at lunch time and breakfast but both really nice and all hot and fresh, a lot of reviews said breakfast left for ages but we didn’t notice that at all. Staff could not be more helpful for anything.

The downsides … the hotel is on a very steep hill. Although it does mention it is hilly on the booking it understates it. The rooms are massively out of date and need work. The showers in both our rooms were broken and the furniture has seen better days. In one apartment there was only air conditioning in the bedroom so the rest of the apartment was unbearable.
