Great location but dreadful amenities
Pros:

The fan and TV did not work. The first shift attendant did not lift a finger to help us. The second shift manager was responsive and fixed the issue.

Cons:

This is really a one star property! Great location but one of the worst places we stayed.

Bon séjour, proche de l’Upper rock et des plages...!
Pros:

Hôtel agréable avec vue sur le parc et à proximité du centre ville. Grande chambre et sdb spacieuse. Bonne literie et belle armoire. Réceptionnistes sympas...

Cons:

Ventilateur bruyant et absence de gobelet pour rincer sa bouche et ses dents (j’ai dû en demander un à l’accueil).

Realmente nada fue nuestro agrado, lo que mejor estaba era el baño

Para empezar solicitamos habitación con cama de matrimonio, nos dijeron que estaba disponible y al llegar arriba nos encontramos con dos camas individuales. Suciedad en el suelo, la mesa donde está la televisión está para caerse debido a la fragilidad de las patas. Muebles antiguos, puertas aún más antiguas, escupitajos en las paredes, no pudimos meter nada en el armario debido a la gran humedad que había en las paredes, no tiene cortina contra luz, simplemente un visillo que tapa la ventana, el ventilador más polvo no podía tener en las rejillas, podías hacer una cometa con la cantidad de polvo y pelos que tenían dichas rejillas... Hemos visto hostales mucho mejores que este hotel.

Local totalmente insalubre. No entiendo cómo puede seguir teniendo la categoría de Hotel. Instalaciones viejas y sin mantenimiento ninguno. Limpieza nula. Tiene moho en la cortina de baño, y en las ventanas. Se ven manchurrones de pipi en el WC por fuera. Por lo menos las sabanas estaban limpias, aunque tenían pelos de no haberlas sacudido.

Spędzlißmy w nim tylko jedną noc. Przede wszystkim położenie - blisko granicy. Miły i pomocny personel, wygodne łóżko.

Otimo custo-beneficio.
Pros:

A localização é maravilhosa. Varios restaurantes ótimos a poucos metros e um jardim lindo na frente. Pertinho da fronteira com Gibraltar (somente alguns minutos a pé). Pertíssimo da parada de ônibus tambem (para quem chega de cidades próximas, tambem é possivel chegar a pé no hotel). É um hotel simples, mas tem o essencial para uma hospedagem curta.

Cons:

Nao ter café da manhã é ponto negativo, mas como tem um cafeteira ao lado, está tudo certo.

Dobra lokalizacja, pomimo 2 nocy pobytu pokój został posprzątany. Miła obsługa na recepcji. Dobre WiFi
