Super slecht - hotel gesloten zonder dit te mededelen

Hotel bleek bij aankomst gesloten te zijn. Het is dat er toevallig een meneer in het hotel aanwezig was. Als deze persoon hier niet toevallig was geweest hadden we van niks geweten! Geen idee waar we heen moesten, wat de bedoeling was.

Wij vinden het super slecht dat er geen enkel bericht hierover hebben gehad. We werden omgeboekt naar een hotel waar we zelf geen inspraak op hadden. Dit hotel was duidelijk minder luxe. Juist terwijl we voor wat meer luxe hadden gekozen.

We vonden het super slecht dat er geen enkele communicatie is geweest hierover. Uiteindelijk de keuze gemaakt heel snel uit te checken en een ander verblijf te zoeken.

A circa un km da Canazei, comodo e funzionale.
Pros:

Disponibilità personale, il rapporto tra costi e prestazioni.
La camera aveva due letti separati come richiesto, più un divano. Tutto pulito.
Arrivati tardi, ci hanno fatto cenare senza creare alcuna difficoltà.
Chiesto di lasciare la camera più tardi, visto che non era possibile ci hanno proposto un servizio docce.

Cons:

struttura molto grande e quindi difficile stare attenti ad ogni particolare, ma dettagli visto che siamo stati benissimo
le macchine del caffè superautomatiche non mi fanno impazzire e qui a colazione c'erano quelle.
bagno senza finestra, ma comunque pulito e funzionale

posizione magnifica vicinissimo a canazei, struttura molto grande con ottima zona wellness, colazione veramente top, camere un po datate ma accoglienti, comodo parcheggio, nel mio caso ho trovato un prezzo molto conveniente. Wellness da pagare a parte.

Cons:

Het is een beetje vergane glorie, oidbollig. Kamers zijn verouderd maar wel schoon en de beiden zijn prima.

Heel erg bijzonder is het diner.. aankruisen op een flyertje met pen wat je wilt hebben. Borden worden al adgehaaldcals je nog niet uitgegeten bent. Personeel wat door de zaal heen ijsbeert, geeft een ingenakkelijk gevoel.

Ontbijtbuffet was echter prima in orde!

Pros:

Hotel in una buona posizione con grande parcheggio privato. A 30 minuti dal Passo Sella. Apprezzata la colazione a buffet. La camera era abbastanza spaziosa con ampio bagno. Ottima soluzione per una notte fuori dalla città e vicina a diverse escursioni.
