The room was really quiet and nice
Parking problems
There is no way this is a 4 star hotel standard. Waited 30 mins at midnight before a concierge came to check in, with no bell to call them. Keys stopped working multiple times. Room was musty and old. And there was a coffee maker that was very clearly not cleaned out with water that stank.

The staff, and the price.
The beds were too small, no restroom in the lobby.
Bed was comfortable. TV was good. Internet good.
Toilet blocked 3 times. Looked back at reviews and could see this was a known issue. They just send rhe housekeeper round with a plunger. Advice- Don't stay on ground floor.
Facilities poor. There is a kitchen, but no utensils at all. No cups except a paper cup.
Location nor ideal for subway. 1.3 mile walk away to J line.

Comfortable room.
Room was not ready an hour and half past check in, for pricing and area it was a huge inconvenience. Area does not have parking unless you want to walk a few blocks and leave car in not the best area. Hotel had outdated key cards, consistently did not work to get us in our rooms.
