Il panorama, gli spazi, la pulizia e il gestore: simpatico e accogliente!
La moquette nelle stanze, attutisce i rumori ma non è ottimale.
Hotel a 10-15 minuti di auto da Veria, scelta come base per visitare Vergina e Pella. Veria e' interessante per se'. Hotel non difficile a raggiungere. Hotel scelto perche' era l'unico in zona che non chiedesse pagamento anticipato e, anche per la piscina. E' andato oltre le nostre aspettative per posizione panoramica, flessibilita' orari colazione e piscina. Gestione da parte del proprietario che teneva a far apprezzare l'hotel , la citta' e la zona agli ospiti. Nonostante l'inglese non fluente, ci siamo capiti benissimo. Ha dato suggerimenti e aiuti su ristorante, orari dei siti (telefonano per informazioni reali) e ci ha illustrato alcuni aspetti dei siti archeologici in zona e altri collegati - altrove - in corso di preparazione per l'apertura al pubblico. Avendoci assegnato una camera doppia ( 2 letti singoli) invece che la tripla prenotata ( per poter dormire in letti separati), ha applicato un prezzo ridotto rispetto a quello concordato al momento della prenotazione.
Come altrove nel viaggio, la manutenzione - soprattutto dei bagni - lascia un po' a desiderare. Pero' sono intervenuti prontamente a risolvere i problemi segnalati, nonostante fosse domenica. Come capitato altrove, la camera inizialmente asssegnata non corrispondeva a quella richiesta , ma e' stata prontamente cambiata. Questo nonostante siamo arrivate di notte per un ritardo importante del volo. Suggerirei di cambiare i cartelli sulla strada che indicano dove svoltare per arrivare all'hotel con cartelli bianchi/chiari (ora scuri) per una maggiore visibilita' . Aggiungere , nella doccia, il sostegno (regolabile in altezza) per posizionare la "testa" della doccia con ripiano per appoggiare sapone e shampoo. Anche questo problema generale di quasi tutti gli alberghi /appartamenti in cui siamo state nel viaggio. Chissa' perche'?

Air conditionné en panne. Environnement peu agreable: terrain en friche a l'entrée de l'hôtel. Nombreux fils électriques au plafond de l'accueil. Gérant en tenue débraillé, tee-shirt sale...
Das Hotel scheint ein Familienbetrieb zu sein und wird auch von dieser Familie geführt. Diese sind sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.
Die Betten sind unbequem, die Matratzen waren zu weich aber das Schlimmste war dieser Plastikfolie als Matratzenschoner. Dadurch habe ich die ganze Nacht geschwitzt und es war sehr unangenehm.
ich hatte bei booking.com mit frühstück gebucht, aber die bestätigung war ohne frühstück
ich konnte den fehler von booking nicht mehr rekonstruieren (letztes zimmer für den preis etc) habe mich aber sehr geärgert
der hotelier hat mir zwar kostenloses frühdtück angeboten, aber ich bin früh zu den museen aufgebrochen
Pool war für die saison noch nicht geöffnet, aber bei Booking.com wurde es mit Pool gelisted - andere hotels hatten schon geöffnete pools
auch hier habe ich mich über booking geärgert. so etwas sollte in der buchung geprüft werden!
