La habitación estilo árabe es una pasada de bonito y vale la pena pasar una noche. Hotel bien ubicado. Personal amable.
Las instalaciones del wc son antiguas y la cama no es muy cómoda. Almohadas muy finas. La pared que separa el WC de la habitación no llega al techo, así que olvídate de la privacidad. La decoración de la habitación es preciosa y en nuestro caso para una noche nos gustó.
La situación y la limpieza
Es un hotel muy bonito. Una casa gaditana de muchas habitaciones. Me parece que es un lugar con mucho encanto. Tuve la suerte de tener un balcón en mi habitación, así que si subes la persiana puedes disfrutar de la lectura hasta el final del día sentada en una butaca. Ese balcón completó mi corta estancia, de forma muy agradable. Sin duda, volveré cada vez que venga a Jerez. La señora de recepción es muy amable y atenta. Y que decimos de la limpieza, increíble, no podía estar más relimpio.

La ubicación es estupenda, en el centro, muy cerca de tiendas, bares, restaurantes y los sitios de interés. El personal es muy atento y amable.
No tiene cafetería pero no es mucho problema porque hay varias en los alrededores.
