A compensation offer from the hotel would be appreciated
Pros:

Absolutely nothing

Cons:

When I arrived I found there was no actual reception desk and nobody available to even ask directions to my room
When I eventually found my room the entry code that had been provided did not work , so I was forced to go and find ANYBODY that could help
Eventually I found a cleaning lady who also could not activate the code so she phoned someone , I don´t know who , and the answer she got was that because I was checking in later than expected , this was at 1.30 in the afternoon , I would have to pay a surcharge of €15 if I wanted to access my allocated room
I complained that I had ALREADY checked in online , as per hotel policy , but this was IGNORED and I was forced to go out to the bank to get the €15 in cash , which was all they would accept
After I paid I was then given a different code with which to get into the room , which then worked
I stayed two nights in this disgraceful hotel and at no time was there ever any hot water nor any staff to complain to and the offer of free internet never materialised and the shower basin leaked allowing COLD water to flood into the bedroom and there was a window in the shower room out to the street so there was no privacy when taking a COLD shower and to make life even more uncomfortable for me in two days the room was never cleaned leaving me to walk around on wet towels that I was forced to put on the floor to combat the flooding
In short the whole thing is a scam and should be reported to the Spanish authorities
This ranks as one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in and should be REMOVED or blacklisted from your website immediately , before some unsuspecting traveller is forced to endure the same problems I encountered
If you are going to take my review seriously , please confirm to my email that you will , then I want you to get my €15 returned f, because this charge can only be described as illegal blackmail since the only reason I has a room entry code was because I had ALREADY CHECKED IN ONLINE

Pros:

Localisation parfaite en plein centre ville. La personne que j’ai eu en ligne m’a aimablement aidé pour mon check-in malgré l’heure tardive.

Cons:

Dommage qu’il n’y est pas de personnel sur place pour les check-in même tardifs. La difficulté pour trouver une place de parking.

Very disappointing.
Pros:

In a nice location.

Cons:

No kettle or cups in room and only 1 glass for 2 people.
Messaged but go no reply.
No Wi-Fi messaged for password got no reply.
Water in bathroom not hot too cold to have a shower. The second night there was a continuous noise like a generator from under the room. Very little sleep.

L'hôtel est jolie, la chambre et salle de bain aussi .

Cons:

Pas d'eau chaude ! Et du sparadrap pour réparer !?!Pas le droit d'ouvrir les velux !?! Sans parler de la galère pour ce garer car oui à 100€ la nuit on avait pas de parking et pas d'eau chaude !! C'est abusé !
Et des jeunes à l'accueil qui savent rien ... génial (ironique le génial)
La télé bin c'est ça non plus, pas de réseau suffisamment je pense pour avoir une image claire et un son audible ...
Très cher pour une prestation pareil, dommage le lieux et jolie d'apparence
