A localização para mim foi perfeita pois fiz a viagem para ir ao consulado da Itália. Muito perto da hospedagem, dava ir a pé , sem se preocupar com estacionamento. O flat tb possui manobrista e vc já recebe e entrega o carro na porta. Muito prático. Os funcionários são todos muito simpáticos. Gostei muito que foi flexibilizado o horário do Check out.

Cons:

Como eu tenho alergia a ácaro e o local eh antigo, tive crise alérgica devido talvez ao acúmulo de poeira nas cortinas e acima do guarda roupa.
