Suite not as Pictured and Dirty Guest Room
Pros:

The location was in the city center. The suite had windows that gave natural light and they could be opened for fresh air. The beds were comfortable.

Cons:

The Suite was Not as Pictured. There was no traditional style sofa to sit on in the room. The suite amenity info stated that the room had a Sofa. This was not true. You had nothing to sit on in the room. Not everyone wants to sit or lay down in the beds. We had also asked for 2 separate beds and we had to look for the maids and wait for them to separate the beds and then sweep the very dirty dusty floor under the beds. After the 2 maids left the room, the floor was still dirty. The shower stall floor tiles were stained with an orange colored bacteria. Therefore we decided not to use the shower as it didn't appear to be disinfected. The regular floor tiles inside the room had a layer of dust that you could visually see. And if you wet a piece of paper tissue and wiped the floor inside the suite, the tissue was covered in a brown, black dirt. The cleaning inside the guest rooms needs to be improved. The maids cleaning cart had no cleansers on it when we passed the cart several times in the hall. The guest room flooring should be washed and disinfected. The maid only had a broom to sweep a dusty unwashed floor. We would Not Recommend this hotel as we were disappointed in the room type and the cleaning of the guest room.

Pros:

Gostei da localização ,o quarto era espaçoso e o colchão confortável. O pequeno almoço muito bom. Os colaboradores eram simpáticos e atenciosos.

Pros:

Chambre très confortable avec une literie peut être un peu dure… personnel très agréable à l’accueil ( pas vrai pour la dame du petit déjeuner). Très bien placé par rapport au centre des congrès petit déjeuner très correct
