A great place to stay!
Pros:

This place is a great option for those who would like to experience the local life at Sigulda. I stayed in a single small room but it was enough space for 1 person. The breakfast is Latvian so it is a great opportunity experience the local cuisine. The hotel has an amazing pub with a beautiful garden just downstairs, so it is perfect to wind down after an active day and meet with other people. Especially the hotel manager and the bartender are great people, very nice and friendly. I think the old age of the hotel gives a magical vibe.

Sigulda met boswandeling, zwemmen in Gauja, tocht met kabelbaan! Een heel mooie dag!
Pros:

De locatie is perfect. Er is een bakkerij en buffetrestaurant/kantine, open tot 21.00. Daar krijg je ook het ontbijt. Alles is erg lekker.
De verantwoordelijke voor het hotel heeft ervoor gezorgd dat ik mijn telefoon terugkreeg die ik op de trein had achtergelaten. Echt iedereen opgebeld tot het in orde was. Zeer zorgzaam! Ook advies over wandeling in het bos, wat ik zeker moest zien en ook zeker product tegen teken kopen!
Hartelijk dank! Het was een heel aangenaam verblijf.
