J'ai passé 3 nuits excellentes à Kakis B & B
Pros:

Les chambres sont spatieuses, propres avec un lit confortable. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et le personnel sympathique. L'endroit est calme, bien situé dans la ville. Et la ville (Sigulda) est un bon point d'ancrage pour visiter les châteaux autour, Riga, Cesis et le parc national de Gauja

Central location near the rail station and numerous restaurants and cafes.
Breakfast in the cafeteria was tasty with several choices.
Proprietor is brusque, but that seems to be the norm in Latvia.

Nice, but little old
Pros:

The staff were friendly.
There is free parking.
The place is pleasant and centrally located.
The room was clean.
The Wi-Fi works well.
Breakfast was a typical buffet but it was good; you can always find something you like.

Cons:

The room was clean, but a bit dated (I’d put on white duvets and sheets to give it a cleaner, more neutral look).
I’d upgrade the pillows and mattresses, they need some actualisation.
The rooms are above a bar/pub, so it can be a bit noisy (but it closes at 11 pm, so we didn’t have any problems). The rooms are poorly soundproofed; you could hear the neighbour’s shower and toilet.
It’s true that the bathroom smelled awful. In our case, we sorted it out ourselves: you have to let the water run (5–10 mins) and air the room thoroughly; the smell went away. (They should be careful and do this themselves before welcoming guests).

Asukoht. Kõik lähedal. Oma parkla. Väga meeldiv ja vastutulev teenindus. Mõnus hubane tuba. Väga head ja soodsad söögid.

Cons:

Ainus mis ei meeldinud oli see, meie külastus aeg jäi lühikeseks. Linn jäi enamasti avastamata.

Ieteiktu arī citiem šo naktsmītni, jo cena Pierīgas reģionā ir ļoti laba.
Pros:

Iespēja uz vietas paēst visas ēdienreizes, jo lejā ir piejama ēdnīca par saprātīgām cenām. Numuriņā pieejama arī elektriskā tējkanna un ledusskapītis. Pieejama arī bezmaksas autostāvvieta.

Erinomainen aamiainen ja hintalaatusuhde. Sijainti hyvä, vastapäätä kauppa ja sekä hotellissa että sen vieressä ravintoloita. Kulttuurikeskus vieressä.

Cons:

Huoneet kolmannessa kerroksessa ilman hissiä. Ei välttämättä sovi huono jalka isille.

Üldiselt jäin rahule.
Pros:

Meeldis hommikusöök ja kogu kohvik, samuti hea koht (kesklinn). Teenindajad väga lahked, tõid elektrisoojendaja tuppa.

Esialgne külm ja rõske tuba sisenemisel. Torustik haises esimesel päeval duširuumis.
