Disappointing
Pros:

The location was amazing and so was the view.
The restaurant has good food and the staff at the restaurant was lovely.

Cons:

The front office staff was really rude, when we arrived we asked some info about the hotel and a receptionist told us to scan the qr code and read… We literally asked specific questions about the facility and yet we didn’t get any answer, just the qr code. They just couldn’t be bothered I guess.
Also, they made us make a payment using their payment links before our arrival even though I specifically askd them to proceed with the payment through my card linked to booking. They threatened that if I didn’t make the payment their way, they’d cancel my booking… I got really annoyed.
The swimming pool was ridiculous and no usable, it was more like a small artificial lake just to appear.
I think this facility is not worth the money.
The only good thing was food which you pay for separately so it’s just better to go there for lunch/dinner instead of staying in.

Très belle vue et hotel agréable.

Cons:

Pas d'équipement en cuisine, et aucun matériel de lavage pour la vaisselle (zero éponges, pas de torchon, etc)
La douche est une cabine trop petite pour un homme de grande taille

L’emplacement c’est à peu près tout.

Cons:

Pas même une cafetière. Mobilier d’une autre époque et très bas de gamme. Cabine de douche en plastique….bref, c’est urgent de moderniser les chambres

Toplocatie waar we graag langer waren gebleven
Pros:

Het hotel is prachtig gelegen, personeel zeer vriendelijk en servicegericht en het ontbijt uitstekend. De kamers zijn ruim, goed schoon en er zijn keukenfaciliteiten. De keuken is echter zeer schaars voorzien van servies, bestek e.d. Het uitzicht over zee is prachtig en de tuinen en zwembad worden prachtig onderhouden. Beneden aan de weg zijn een aantal kleinere restaurantjes waarvan "Caratno" een absolute topper is. Ziet er eenvoudig uit maar er wordt fantastisch (en goedkoop!) gekookt.

Cons:

Douche is erg krap.

Ein perfektes Appartment mit fantastischem Meerblick. Riesige Terrasse und Küchenzeile.Alles sehr sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.

Cons:

Da ich eine OP hatte mit einem Knietotalersatz mussten wir mit dem Auto ins Restaurant fahren. Die Appartments lagen an einem Hang lagen.dafür war es herrlich ruhig.

Wir hatten das beste Zimmer der ganzen Anlage und es war SUPER!!!
Die Aussicht auf den kleinen Hafen und Mattinatta Stadt mit den Bergen wunderschön, wie aus dem Katalog!
Und es gibt zum Frühstück richtigen Kaffee von der Bar, vielen Dank dafür, dass Ihr euch die Arbeit antut und keinen Automatenkaffee hinstellt!☕️☕️
Auch das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Vielen Dank❤️
Waren 12 Tage mit Frühstück und haben in der Umgebung gegessen.

Pros:

Het is een heerlijke plek. Het gaat om kleine appartementen in de bergen. Voor het ontbijt/ lunch/ diner moet je wel naar het hoofdgebouw. Het uitzicht is fantastisch met een zwembad.

Cons:

Het strand was ver weg je moet met de auto naar beneden en dan nog een stuk lopen.
