Pros:

Amazingly beautiful hotel with very comfortable bedrooms. Lovely staff and we especially loved the art collection on the walls all over the hotel.

Cons:

The only thing missing is a spa and hot tubs outside. We will be back when you have them ready!

Pros:

My wife and I enjoyed the views and landscapes and of course geysirs outside the hotel. The food was alright. Honestly it was good. Maybe add more selection. Bedrooms were spacious and clean.

Cons:

I didn't really like the front desk people. They seemed a bit abrasive. I didn't like how the lady lied to us about thee not being shampoo and conditioner in the bedroom, despite paying a premium price for staying here.

Pros:

Location to Geysir and Gullfoss falls
Restaurant had good quality food

Cons:

When you arrive and it's 20 mins to check in they say you can pay ISK6000 for early check in! Which means the room is ready ! Why not just check in the client ! Who is going to pay that to get the room 20 mins earlier 🤷‍♀️
There is a huge bath and hand shower , no proper shower , no glass panel if you use the hand shower . Makes no sense as bathroom has space
The carpets are very low quality and all ripped in the passage
The receptionist was not well trained no welcome and no goodbye

L'hotel est magnifique. Il est cher mais tout est cher en Islande. L'endroit est superbe et cela permet d'aller voir les éruptions lorsque tout le monde a quitté le site.
