Pros:

設備が整っている　清潔　スタッフがどの人も好感が持てる　ここ３年以内に、多分、二回は利用したと思うが、いつも好印象のホテルです。クオリティが落ちないのは立派。

Cons:

ちょっとしたミス？（TVのリモコンが翌朝使えなくなって、時間もないのでチェックアウト時に「電池切れでは？」と伝えました）→すぐ改善しようという姿勢が伝わってきたし丁重に謝罪されてました。「お伝えくださってありがとうございます」という謙虚さがありました。部屋から言えばすぐ来てくれたと思います。普段から点検されると良いですね。

Pros:

Location was perfect. Near train station and bus station, near Showa History Museum, Yasukuni Jinja, Kudanzaka Hospital, walking distance to Tokyo Dome and Korakuen, and many other tourists attractions.

Cons:

Pillows.

ALL the staffs were very nice and helpful.
Pros:

I was visiting Kudanshita Hospital, and this hotel was the closest one. Also close to 武道館 Budokan, 靖国神社Yasukuni-jinja, 昭和館 Shouwakan and 皇居 the Imperial Palace. Very close to the train station. Many restaurants around the hotel.

Cons:

The pillowcase was clean but the pillow was not washed well. I had to use the bath towel instead. I'm sure if I asked, they will be glad to bring the fresh pillow.

またライブがある時は利用したい
Pros:

フロントの方がすごく親切でした！
東京ドームまでと徒歩20分かからないぐらいで立地も良かったです。また、チェックインも０時過ぎでも受付していてとてもありがたかったです。神保町までも歩いて行ける距離でご飯屋さんにも困らなかったです。またライブがある時は是非利用したいです。

Cons:

お風呂の排水溝がすぐ詰まります。髪の毛が長いのもありますが、1回目のお風呂で入ってる途中から詰まって流れなくなりました。
