Super helpful staff, great location, and clean!
Pros:

I loved our stay! Staff was super helpful when we couldn’t figure out the AC, and the front desk helped us call a taxi to get to the train when uber wasn’t working! She saved the day! Thanks for a great visit!

Cons:

AC didn’t work at first, but was a quick fix by talking to the front desk.

The hotel was surprisingly quiet in the heart of the beauty of Assisi - not to mention the meals nearby were outstanding

Cons:

The room was so clean and the beds were comfortable as well as the shower being delightful.

Location - of course, this is a hilly area, so cannot be extremely perfect for all people and/or all occasions but when I consider it's geographical condition, the location is perfect
Facility - small but excellent; also they are very systemised compare to many other small hotels in Italy
View - my room had a beautiful view, which was exceptional; I even could see an air balloon flying early morning; I believe that I had a better view than even the traveller in the ballon

Cons:

Steps - not many but still it was a hassle for my knees still under recovery.
However, my room had a great view, which many other neighbouring rooms couldn't have. Therefore, I didn't mind :-)

La posizione

Cons:

Avevo chiesto in anticipo una camera matrimoniale con letti separati e avevo ricevuto conferma della richiesta dalla struttura al nostro arrivo non ricordavano la richiesta e hanno fatto un po di storie per separare i letti
L'aria condizionata non funzionava e c'è voluto un po di tempo per ripristinarla
