Perfektní relax dovolená.
Pros:

Klidně místo, blízkost písčité pláže, velmi ochotný personál, servis na pláži. Velký pokoj s vířivkou. Vynikající jídlo.

Cons:

2 dny nefungovalo Wifi na pokoji.

Pros:

房间是超级大，还有按摩浴缸，海滩就在酒店前面。人不多，基本上每天可以有椅子躺，食物也比较丰富，服务人员有礼貌！

Un parfait moment de détente en famille
Pros:

La gentillesse du personnel, le cadre très family friendly, le restaurant, la plage privée, les grandes chambres avec terrasse. Tout était parfait et nous a permis de passer un superbe moment de détente en famille. La formule tout inclus est un vrai plus et offre un bon rapport qualité prix

Cons:

En comparant avec d’autres 5 étoiles, quelques petites améliorations à faire : une option de service à la carte au restaurant, un passage des femmes de chambre à des horaires plus réguliers (elles sont passées une fois à 17h et une fois à 9h). Mais c’est minime :)

Un’oasi di pace anche in pieno agosto ma con ulteriori spazi di miglioramento

Posizione incantevole in riva al mare, nessuna congestione in spiaggia, struttura pulitissima con camere ampie e spaziose, un’oasi di pace

Cons:

Servizio ottimo e qualità del cibo elevata, unica pecca la ristorazione con la sola modalità buffet senza servizio al tavolo. All’arrivo ci sono state chieste intolleranze e allergie ma poi al buffet era impossibile identificare gli allergeni in ciascun piatto se non rincorrendo ogni volta un cameriere chiedendo per ciascuna pietanza il rischio allergeni. Inoltre i tovaglioli solo di carta sono una nota stonata in un cinque stelle, oltre alla totale assenza di assistenza bagagli per cui ci siamo dovuti portare da soli le valigie fino in cima alle scale senza alcuna offerta di aiuto.

Cons:

⚠️ Déception concernant le Restia Hotel

Nous avons passé plusieurs jours avec une forte odeur d’humidité et de moisissure. L’odeur était très désagréable et nous a provoqué toux et maux de tête.

La climatisation fuyait également : de l’eau coulait au-dessus du placard, et pendant 3 jours nous avons dû nettoyer nous-mêmes l’eau qui sortait.

Nous avons signalé le problème 3 fois à la réception et demandé une solution. On nous a simplement mis un désodorisant dans la chambre. La responsable devait être présente le matin pour trouver une solution, mais personne n’a finalement résolu le problème.

Nous ne pouvions même pas aérer correctement la chambre car les moustiques entraient dès que nous ouvrions les fenêtres.

Ce qui nous a le plus déçus, ce n’est pas seulement le problème de la chambre, mais surtout le manque de réaction et l’absence de solution malgré nos nombreuses demandes.

Nous partageons notre expérience afin que les futurs clients soient informés.

Nice hotel, nice beach.
Pros:

The hotel is located in a beautiful and peaceful area, just as its name suggests—calm and relaxing. One of the best things is the beach: it is not crowded, has soft sand, and the water does not get deep quickly, which makes it very safe and enjoyable. The restaurant is also very nice, and the food is delicious. We had a great time with our children and really enjoyed our stay. Compared to other beaches on the island, this one was much quieter and exactly what we were looking for.

An unforgettable vacation filled with relaxation, beautiful sea, delicious food, and wonderful people.
Pros:

A beautiful and very well-equipped resort with a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained private beach.
Our room was cozy, spacious, and always spotlessly clean.
The buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious dishes every day, and the kindness and helpfulness of the entire staff were truly outstanding.
There were even some adorable little cats around the resort, which made the atmosphere even more enjoyable.
It was a wonderful experience, and we would gladly come back!
