Perfect atmosphere for relaxation

Amazing stay from start to finish

The room was lovely. The staff at the restaurant and bar were really nice and tried their best to accommodate us. Very friendly also.
Really good access to the beach.

Cons:

Food options could of been better.
The receptionist that took care of us has put me off going back to the hotel to stay. She was argumentative in everything we commented on. Asked for a late check out of 30 minutes more as we were struggling with our baby that morning and she said that the maximum she could give us was 10 minutes as the room was occupied that day by another guest. Surely it doesn't take the cleaners 4 hours to clean a room for the next guest. Then she had the nerve during check out to ask for a tip!

Ideal place for holidays

Excellent place to stay — everything you need for a perfect holiday. Some rooms feature a hot tub and steam sauna integrated into the shower area, as well as a private garden and pool, making it an ideal place to relax and enjoy nature with your spouse.

99% of the staff were fantastic. The reception team provided us with an excellent check-in and check-out experience.

The restaurant facilities and food were superb, with a great variety of dishes available for both breakfast and dinner. The restaurant manager was especially friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay.

Good sea-beach

Cons:

Some restaurant staff should be better informed about the meal plan rules. For example, during dinner, a waiter asked me to pay separately for water, although our prepaid half-board package already included water. The situation was eventually resolved, but it would be better to avoid such misunderstandings altogether.

In addition, the coffee machine / coffee capsules provided in the room were of rather poor quality — the coffee looked more like the color of grey clouds than actual coffee.

super schöner entspannter Kurzurlaub
Pros:

ein wunderschönes Haus, nicht zu groß, nicht zu klein. Das Personal ist außerordentlich freundlich, egal wen man trifft. Das Zimmer mit eigenem Pool ist einfach großartig-der Pool richtig groß. Auch der Hotelpool ist äußerst gepflegt und alles einfach richtig schön gemacht. Das Frühstück ist super, auch das Abendessen ist wirklich sehr gut. Es gab jeden Abend Buffet, zwar abwechslungsreich, dennoch immer etwas ähnlich. Für eine Woche richtig klasse, aber für längere Aufenthalte wird es dann , was das Essen angeht eventuell etwas "langweilig." Die Lage ist direkt am Strand-einfach richtig gut. Man geht über eine sehr wenig befahrene Straße zum Strand mit hauseigenen Liegen. Der Service ist absolut Topp-wir sind gegen 21.30 Uhr erst angekommen und bekamen noch leckeres Abendessen mit perfektem Service. Eventuell wird in der Hauptsaison die Möglichkeiten "geschützt vor Wind" zu essen, etwas knapp, da hier nicht ganz so viele Tische zur Verfügung stehen. Vielleicht ist das Wetter aber auch noch besser als jetzt und man kann problemlos auch im Freien essen. Wir hatten ein Mietauto, da die Gegend an sich zwar sehr schön für Wanderungen geeignet ist, aber die "Sehenswürdigkeiten" etwas weiter entfernt. Hat alles prima geklappt. Wir können dieses Haus einfach nur empfehlen.

Great little hotel with fabulous staff. Lovely room with enormous comfortable bed. Extremely well appointed and superb view from the balcony across the gardens and beach

Cons:

Food could be better. Buffet for all meals which lacked variety and was never hot enough.
