Inolvidable
Pros:

Todo. Y, lo que más, sus empleados. Nunca antes en un hotel me había sentido como en casa. Jean Carlos, Nati, Oliver, Tatjana, Mariam, Toñi, Álex, Patricia... Absolutamente todos. Y la comida es espectacular, incluido el menú a la carta en la comida. También agradecimos muchísimo el silencio. No hay nada peor que un hotel masificado y ruidoso.

Cons:

Creo que por defecto habría que dirigirse a todos los huéspedes en español y, si no entienden, cambiar al inglés. Pero al fin y al cabo es un hotel en España, independientemente de la afluencia de huéspedes de otros países.

Fantastic, we can't wait to come back again next year, thank you for a wonderful holiday.
Pros:

My husband and I had a fabulous holiday and loved this hotel. The staff are very friendly, and Nati from the restaurnat is fantastic and very welcomming and super friendly. The food is excellent for breakfast & dinner every night. There is such a big selection and something for everyone to chose from. We loved the fresh fish variety also. The hotel is very clean throughout and the entertainment is great at night. We had a Deep-tissue massage one of the days in the Wellness Centre on the property, and we highly recommend it, it was amazing.

Cons:

The only issue we had was tht there was a terrible smell from the toilet and shower. We did go to complain at the front desk and somebody went to investigate. After the visit the smell was gone from the shower but it remained in the toilet for the week. We spoke to several other couples who all said the same - they all experienced the same issue with the smell in the toilets in their apartments.

Inolvidable
Pros:

La estancia en el hotel ha sido maravillosa, el lugar, la habitación, las comidas...pero sin duda lo que lo ha hecho inolvidable ha sido el fabuloso equipo de personas que están detrás pendiente de todo y que han hecho que me sintiera en todo momento increíblemente cómoda y afortunada de encontrar a personas tan bonitas. Quisiera agradecer a todo el equipo que trabaja en el hotel porque he podido ser testigo del cariño de Lanzarote a través de sus personas, agradecer a recepción, manager, botones, personal de desayuno y cenas, mujeres de la limpieza, camareros, mantenimiento, piscina...con todos ellos he podido hablar y sentir el gran trabajo que hacen. Gracias Paul, Jon, Oliver, Naty, Luis, Juan, Sonia, Bing...y muchos más que se tomaron la molestia en ayudarme y conversar conmigo. Gracias.

Es un sitio muy agradable para descansar, estancia muy amplia y la calidad del desayuno también estaba muy bien.

Pros:

Posizione buona, stanze belle e grandi, spazi esterni curati, cibo buono.
Possibilità di avere gli asciugami per la piscina, e possibilità di riempire le borracce d’acqua.
Nulla da dire, un hotel dove tornerei.

Pros:

We were extremely pleased with our stay. The entire resort complex was excellent, including the pools, facilities, service, and overall atmosphere. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The food was outstanding, with a wide variety of high-quality options available throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to return in the future.

Cons:

The only things I didn’t particularly like were the slightly stale smell in the room despite regular ventilation, and the fact that there was live music every evening, which was quite loud and could be disruptive at times.
