Beautiful and relaxing hotel in Costa Teguise
Pros:

Beautiful architecture, design, pool/garden area is beautiful especially at night, very quiet, relaxing, large space, nice breakfast area, nice staff.

Cons:

The gym is very little, lack of animations, would have been great to have for exemple more animations like aquagym classes in one of the pool in the afternoon; or games after diner.

El personal del restaurante es muy agradable. El buffet está muy bien pero más allá de esto no recomiendo este hotel, mala calidad precio.

Cons:

Pedimos hasta en 4 ocasiones una almohada más dura ya que ofrecen un catálogo de hasta 6 tipos de almohadas diferentes. En las 3 ocasiones que lo solicitamos llamando a recepción ,nos trajeron las mismas almohadas blandas que ya tenía la habitación. La cuarta vez que bajamos a recepción con todas las almohadas pidiendo una más dura nos dijeron que habían anotado que fuese más dura y que nos subirían una más dura. Cuando nos llevaron la almohada nos dijeron que no había almohada más dura. Si no tienes algo, no ofrezcas un catálogo de 6 tipos de almohadas.

La primera noche al usar la ducha se llenó todo el baño de agua. Llamamos a recepción porque llegaba el agua hasta la mitad del baño y nos dijeron que mandaban a alguien para revisarlo y limpiar el agua. Al cabo de una hora nadie había subido y el agua se había extendido hacia la entrada. Volvimos a llamar.
Los siguientes días tuvimos que ir con cuidado porque el desagüe no tragaba bien o estaba atascado .

Fantastic Hotel
Pros:

Staff were very attentive and worked hard to make sure your stay was perfect.

Cons:

There is nothing not to like although the premium area for sun beds needs extending as you seem to be packed together in rows and the area should be more defined for exclusive area as there is room for improvement. Crown services.

Un fabuleux séjour
Pros:

Le personnel est très sympathique. L’hôtel est suffisamment spacieux pour pas se sentir les uns sur les autres. Les quatre piscines avec les nombreux transats permettent de s’installer tranquillement. Le petit déjeuner est copieux.
L’emplacement n’est pas dans une zone sur peuplée, c’est très agréable

Pros:

EL personal nos trató de lujo, son gente maravillosa y sin duda el año que viene volveremos. Ya estuvimos el año pasado y nos quedó claro que tenemos que volver todos los años. El bufet tiene mucha variedad y el hotel en general es extra cómodo, por no hablar de la tranquilidad y calma que se respira. En general, una maravilla.

Una semana de relax
Pros:

La tranquilidad del lugar, las piscinas, el desayuno fué fantástico y la amabilidad del personal de 10.

Cons:

Las toallas de la ducha y las de piscina eran muy pequeñas. También podría haber más variedad de platos en la cena. Pero en general todo bien.

Pros:

Très bel établissement récent avec de grands espaces agréables, notamment les piscines. Le buffet est de qualité, autant le soir que le petit déjeuner avec des menus variés. Literie confortable.

Cons:

Je trouve que le ménage laisse à désirer, ça n’était pas à la hauteur d’un 4 étoiles en terme d’entretien. Traces au sol, cheveux, serviettes non remplacées, produits non remplis… La salle de sport est toute petite et non climatisée. Parking à 15€ par jour (sinon possibilité de se garer dans la rue devant). La douche mérite une bonne rénovation.
