Pros:

It was a nightmare for my one night stay here, it was like a jail for me, very small separate room, no facilities, 4 km away from the dome, near to Hiroshima station. No drinking water, no Common room. It's actually not a hostel environment, but like a night shade. The Staff was OK

I didn't like anything of this place 😕

Hotel cómodo y bien ubicado.
Pros:

Las habitaciones muy cómodas con un baño muy espacioso. El onsen agradable y poco masificado.

Pros:

We had a very enjoyable stay at Trust Hotel. The twin room was spacious, comfortable, and had a lovely, cozy design while still being very practical. We also really enjoyed the onsen and the breakfast, both of which were great additions to our stay.

During our visit, the air conditioner in our room started leaking water, possibly because of the very heavy rain outside. The staff handled the situation extremely well: they were kind, reacted quickly, and immediately moved us to the room next door. We really appreciated how efficiently they resolved the issue.

Cons:

The only minor downsides were related to parking and the laundry facilities. Before our arrival, we called to reserve a parking space, but we understood that it was already full and that a reservation wasn't possible. Since our Japanese is limited, it's entirely possible that we misunderstood part of the conversation. In the end, we were able to reserve one of the few parking spaces when we checked in, so everything worked out.

We also used the washing machine, which unfortunately broke down before our laundry was completely dry. We couldn't run another drying cycle, and while it wasn't a major issue, we felt the interaction with the staff regarding this particular situation could have been a little more helpful.

Overall, these were only small inconveniences, and we had a very pleasant stay. We would happily recommend this hotel.
