対応してくださった男性スタッフに感謝
Pros:

スタッフの方が親切で、ここまで心温まる接客を受けたことがないんじゃないか、と感じるほどでした。
身内に不幸があり、急遽家族で利用させてもらいました。
親戚の方が手配してくれていたのですが、申請内容に少し不備があったのですが、スタッフの方が気を利かせてくださり、とても快適に、安心して過ごすことができました。

ブライダルホテルですが、お一人でも大変お得感があります！
Pros:

新緑に囲まれておりホテル周囲の環境は最高です。また、お部屋は年代物の割には所々リニューアルしているので大変清潔感を感じました。スタッフは種々の問い合わせに快く対応して頂いたのでとても良い印象でした。

Cons:

①室内のエアコンの運転切り替えができませんでした。
②コンセントが少ないのと、タコ足配線のため、スマホの充電やお湯を沸かす時、他のコンセントを外さなければならなかった。枕元にコンセントを設けて欲しいです。

朝食が、推しの紹介があったが、ブッフェでもなく、期待はずれだった。コーヒーが朝食でないのもガッカリだった。

お風呂のお湯を抜いたら排水溝から逆流して、トイレが水浸しになり、バスマットが水没。トイレもレバーが外れそうになっており、流れるが、不安になったし、水流が弱く不安があった
