The rooms are clean, and the breakfast is pretty good.

Cons:

The location is a bit far from the airport, while the shuttle service is not very frequent. Especially at night. We had a delayed flight and waited for 40+ minutes for an airport shuttle to the hotel.

We didn't receive the room we payed for and were sent to a different hotel!!
Cons:

My family and I were supposed to check in to the hotel at 11pm after a flight. Our flight got delayed by 6 hours so we arrived at 5:30am the next day instead. I messaged the property in advance when we knew there would be delays through the Booking website.
When we arrived at the hotel they told us they had given away our room! Receptionist said they were fully booked and had no clean rooms and that we would have to wait several hours (by then it was 6:30am).
After we waited for an hour they told us we could continue to wait or be sent to a different hotel nearby (lower quality room: we payed for a suite and got a room with only 2 beds).
The receptionist was unapologetic and unpleasant, and claimed they did not receive our update messages we sent theough Booking. It was a very bad experience after flight troubles and stressful sleepless night.

Hotel with airport shuttle in the vicinity of the airport.
Pros:

The shuttle to and from the airport was great! The shuttle driver was very kind. The hotel was perfect location for me to get the rental car returned and then return back to the hotel and then airport the next morning. My room was clean.

Cons:

I wish they sorta had a grab and go for the extremely early guests leaving for the airport. I missed out on breakfast and the room was a bit over my budget for a late nite quick stay.

Small, not user-friendly shuttles
Pros:

24/7 shuttle to airport

Cons:

Rude interaction with staff when calling for shuttle at 1230am (following directions given on the phone recording about pressing 2 to arrange a shuttle pick up if it's after 12am). Shuttles are very difficult to get in and out of 2nd -4th rows and too small for the number of people using them. Could use updates on facilities.

Cons:

My room had been given away and I was directed to Homestay next door. Agent was clear, but definitely lacking in warmth. No apology or discussion of compensation, rate adjustment etc.

Great location, clean, but charges for parking.
Pros:

The hotel is close to the airport, which is very convenient. There are restaurants close by which have great dining options. The hotel is clean and spacious which was very comfortable.

Cons:

The facility makes people pay for parking. That is ridiculous since we are already paying a premium for the location.
