Muy decepcionado de este hotel! Las almohadas parecen todas para niños, el sofá cama demasiado incómodo casi quebrado, las toallas de muy mala calidad, hay una Tv pero sin acceso a Internet a aplicaciones etc! No lo recomendaría!

Great place to stay, but if you have more than two people, please get a double queen room
Pros:

Convenient to the airport. Nice breakfast.

Cons:

I booked a room for three people and received a king room with a sofa bed. The sofa bed was uncomfortable as all sofa beds are I would rather have a two queen room, but we were not able to switch

Pros:

Nice room. Comfortable. Good breakfast. Very good Mexican restaurant very close by. Close to Parking Spot.

Cons:

We were not aware that you have to pay $11 per day to park in your parking lot. Very little WiFi service.

Not a very pleasant experience. Teenager struggled to sleep at all.
Pros:

Didn’t really like the property other than the kitchen facilities. We only saw the comfort suites next door when we arrived and would have preferred to say there.

Cons:

Sofa bed was very poor - very springy, not clean and very thin.

My room was not cleaned once during my entire stay, which was 4 nights. That was bad.
Pros:

The breakfast was good, but there could've been more variety of hot foods from day to day.

Cons:

More milk options. The whole milk was sitting there not in the fridge. So it became warm.

Convenient spot for an overnight before or after travel
Pros:

The room was huge, and the kitchen had everything I needed. The little store by the front desk had a great selection of food to choose from, which was helpful because there are not a lot of restaurants nearby. It was nicer than I expected. I was able to walk to the metro station, and the airport shuttle was great!

Cons:

I wished they'd transferred me to another room when I asked. Instead I had to listen to a kid jumping on the floor above me for hours.

Great location for the airport, nice room but staff could be more helpful.
Pros:

The location was perfect, and the room was clean with comfortable beds. I also liked the kitchenette in the room.

Cons:

When I checked in I was informed about having to pay for parking, which I didn’t know about ahead of time. The front desk person also didn’t tell me where the room was located so I could park close to the closest entrance. He then left and didn’t come back. You have to scan a QR code to pay for parking, which didn’t work well and took awhile to finalize due to the website timing out. It felt a little scammy, never had to do that at a hotel before. Two of the entrance doors around the back of the building didn’t unlock with my key, but one on the side did.
