スタッフの応対と朝食の質。
バス、トイレは新しく清潔。

Cons:

廊下が空調されておらず、夏はかなり暑い。部屋はきれいにリフォームされて快適だが、枕元に電源がないのが残念。

また泊まりたいと思います。
Pros:

朝食ビュッフェのメニューが豊富だったこと。静岡県内の名物メニューも多く揃えてあり、朝から気分が上がりました。

Cons:

特にはありません。老舗のホテルが内装を新しくしながら続けているのかなといった感じで、所々の設備が少し古く感じることもあるかもですが快適に過ごせます。

Pros:

静岡グルメが食べられる朝食が期待以上でした。ビュッフェ形式で、全体の種類自体がすごく多いわけではないものの、静岡の地域の様々なグルメが占める割合が多く、楽しめましたし、それぞれとてもおいしかったです。
また、スタッフの方々も、テキパキと迅速な対応や、事前のチェックイン対応なども柔軟に対応していただき、非常にスムーズでした。急がゲリラ豪雨にも傘の貸し出しなども対応いただき、とても親切でした。
建物自体の古さやエレベーター2つのうち1つしか朝食会場まで行かないなど多少不便さを感じる部分もありますが、部屋も広く使いやすかったので、また利用したいです。
