Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Frühstück war mittelmäßig. Die Zimmer waren super. Wir haben das Panoramazimmer für die Eltern schon am frühen Morgen bekommen und
das ohne zusätzliche Kosten. Das fanden wir äußerst nett und entgegenkommend. Vielen Dank an das nette Personal der Rezeption!!

Cons:

Ein Kaffeeautomat fehlt. Es gab nur eine Sorte Kaffee aus einem großen Edelstahlbehälter.

Местоположение хорошее: до центра недалеко, рядом есть необходимая инфраструктура. Надо учитывать близость жд вокзала и шум поездов

Cons:

За несколько дней так никто и не убрал номер, хотя был включен соответствующий сигнал.
Но самое страшное - тараканы((( ночью невозможно было зайти в ванну, из коридора через щель в двери по 2-3 шт заползали… пришлось спать с включенным светом и утыкать входную дверь полотенцами, чтобы не допустить проникновения. Поскольку не убирали номер, следы ночных расправ так и оставались с трупиками насекомых в течение всего отдыха на полу

PS. Проживание было на 16 этаже…

Feels like we are not being welcomed
Pros:

Before I submit my review, two things happened on the last day that made me change my rating from 4 to 3. I'll list them as negatives in the last two lines.


The Positives

Close to the Boulevard and halal Arabic restaurants.

A 15-minute drive from the airport. Quiet and not crowded.

The room is spacious and clean. The toilet seat has a water tap for ablution as an alternative to a bidet. The bathroom is large and includes a jacuzzi and a separate shower.

I received my room early, before the hotel's standard check-out time, and it was ready after I pre-ordered an extra bed through Booking.com. The furniture is clean. The room can accommodate four people. The sofa is spacious and very comfortable. There are two storage compartments for clothes: one by the door, one at the entrance, and one next to the bed. The sea and mountain views are beautiful. There is an indoor swimming pool. The breakfast is sufficient and suitable for most people, but it lacks variety; you eat the same breakfast every day. This doesn't bother me because even if there is variety, most of the food is not halal. The seating area is very spacious, with large, comfortable, and well-spaced tables.

There are multiple spacious elevators. The TV is a 50-inch smart Android screen

Cons:

The view of the sea and mountains is beautiful, but the port opposite it for loading and unloading ships didn't really impress me.

The bathroom in the guest room has no bidet and no nearby drain. This means anyone with a child who might have trouble using the toilet will be busy cleaning up.

Many of the bathroom tiles are broken and damaged, and the edges of the carpet are dirty.

I occasionally, though very rarely, saw a small insect resembling a weevil that appears in damp wheat flour. This is due to the humidity.

The reception staff don't help with carrying luggage, even if they see you struggling to unload it. If you have a lot of luggage, they don't offer any assistance. This didn't bother me, though. Thankfully, all my suitcases have wheels, and I pushed them calmly with my children and took them to the room without asking them.

There's no welcome or reception that leaves a good impression; they don't seem to care about this aspect.

The smell of cigarettes is moderate in the lobby and hallways, mixed with the hotel's perfume. It's bothersome to most people, but not overpowering. I smelled it a bit in my room because of the door opening and closing, and the smell is noticeable when the air conditioning is turned off.

The room's soundproofing is very poor. You can hear the people above and next to you through the air conditioning vents. It's slightly less noticeable if your air conditioner is running all the time.

The sounds of trucks, modified cars, and port activity are audible and very disturbing for light sleepers.

The Wi-Fi speed is slow.

The pool is a full 1.5 meters deep, unsupervised, and there are no towels.

Room cleaning is only available upon request. Ironing is available upon request, but to be fair, it arrives very quickly. Toilet paper comes in three rolls; you have to ask for more when you run out.

This is just an observation, neither positive nor negative.
