We were only in the City for 24 hours and so much went wrong in that time. It’s a beautiful hotel in an excellent location. The staff are friendly, but One of our rooms wasn’t ready on time and the other one had a broken shower. The room that was late ready had many amenities missing. We had someone else else’s very very expensive shopping delivered to our room by mistake. It depended on us to spot it and call the front desk. And more. All in a very short period of time.
