Everything, the location a couple streets away from Sagrada Familia, the staff was very professional, polite and helpful, the room was nice and neat, breakfast was tasty and lots of choices

Big sized room and comfy bed.
Our room had a window that wouldn't shut properly meaning it was quite noisy at night. This was looked at and made better, but we noticed the seal looked like it was worn meaning there was still a noticeable noise from traffic.
