Top Hotel in idealer Lage zur Sagrada Famulia
Pros:

Eigentlich müsste ich 10 Punkte geben auf Grund der einmaligen Lage mit Blick direkt zur Sagrada Familia. Der Poolbereich mit schattigen Liegen war ein Segen bei den heißen Temperaturen unseres Aufenthaltes. Hotel sehr modern und frisch, schöne Zimmer und Metro in der unmittelbaren Umgebung. Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sehr engagiert und freundlich.

Cons:

Personal der Roof-Top Bar war unfreundlich und arrogant. Völlig inakzeptabel - dafür zwei Punkte Abzug.

Komisch war auch das die großen Tische am Selfie Point am Roof immer reserviert waren, obwohl es keine Gäste gab.

Pros:

Hotel moderno, prácticamente nuevo, cómodo, céntrico.

Cons:

El room service, es una estafa, platos precocinados, precios desorbitados. Cuando viajo no miro el precio, me gusta la comodidad y tener todo lo que necesite. En este caso, una cena, pedimos a la habitación varios platos, algún postre y par de bebidas.

Bueno, parecía la comida de un menú infantil de una gasolinera de carretera, con el precio de un estrella Michelin.

Me da igual el precio, pero tener un poco de vergüenza y un poco de decoro. Yo entiendo que un guiri, ve un plato de macarrones con boloñesa frío a 20€ y es un manjar para el, pero para el local, es irrisorio. Una ensalada César, sin pollo, que parecía más un bebedero de patos que una ensalada. Y un pan con tomate… que para que comentar.

Stunning rooms. Great location. Very clean.
Pros:

Perfect location for visiting the Sagrada Família. Lovely area with plenty of bars, restaurants and public transport nearby.

Cons:

We booked this hotel and played a little more than other hotels specifically for the rooftop bar. The rooftop bar is beautiful but on our first night we only had a quick glass of wine up there because the tables were reserved, which wasn’t a problem because we said that we could just spend some time up there on our second night. On the second night, the whole area was unavailable because it was booked for a private event, which was really disappointing.

What I didn't like: Although I had a confirmed reservation through Booking.com, we were unable to access our rooms upon arrival at the hotel. After our flight, we arrived at around midnight, but I wasn't able to get into my room until 3:00 a.m. I do not recommend booking a room through Booking.com. The housekeeping service also did not perform its duties as agreed. Overall, I was disappointed with this hotel. It does not live up to the standards associated with the Radisson Blu brand.

Great location - just don't pay for upgrades.
Pros:

Location is excellent, bed is very comfortable (we've stayed in many hotels and this is probably one of the best beds). Breakfast is nice with healthy varieties!

Cons:

I booked 2 rooms - one with city view and one just regular with interior view. The city view is kinda a joke - it literally looks over the building across and you see people hanging their underwears on the patio. Not what I hoped for and not worth the extra $.
