Boa localização, amadorismo no trato com as situações...
Pros:

O hotel é muito bem localizado, em frente ao Shopping e aos principais pontos turísticos de Tirana.

Cons:

Infelizmente, apesar da gentileza, a comunicação com os funcionários da recepção deixa a desejar. Eu tinha duas reservas, uma feita pela agência e, em seguida, uma feita por mim pessoalmente; conversei com a pessoa da recepção, que compreendeu, organizou para que não tivéssemos que mudar de quarto e para cobrar o valor do quarto menos graduado em que estávamos. Contudo, no dia que deveria ocorrer a mudança de reserva, uma outra pessoa da recepção interfonou para o quarto e disse que teríamos que liberar o local. Tive que descer e tentar todo o procedimento novamente, porque, aparentemente, uma pessoa não conversa com a outra, e, dessa vez, o diálogo foi muito mais difícil, porque a pessoa da recepção não sabia como proceder e, ao invés de tentar resolver, agiu como se a errada fosse eu. Mas, enfim, tudo foi resolvido.
Outra situação foi o café da manhã, em que, em um dos dias, a máquina de café tinha quebrado e, simplesmente, disseram que não haveria café. Por sorte, um aberçoado, que não sei se era do hotel ou não, mandou trazer café para todos da máquina de café que ficava no térreo do próprio hotel.
Reitero que todos foram muito gentis, mas lidam com as situações com bastante amadorismo.

Would definitely recommend anyone to stay at The Oxford Hotel if visiting Tirana.
Pros:

Very central. Wonderful staff who were extremely friendly & helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

Cons:

Sometimes the internet was problematic in our room.

Gutes Stadthotel mit toller Lage
Pros:

Sehr tolle, zentrale Lage. Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer gut.

Cons:

Vom Frühstück darf man sich nicht zu viel erwarten. Weder viel Auswahl noch schauen die Sachen sehr frisch aus.
Parkplätze beim Hotel teilweise sehr improvisiert.

Bon hotel et bien placé
Pros:

Très bon emplacement proche de la place Skendeberj et du point d'arrivée/départ du bus de l'aeroport. Hôtel calme car en retrait des rues principales. Salle du petit déjeuner au sommet de l'immeuble avec un bon point de vue. Bon petit déjeuner. Personnel serviable et disponible.

Cons:

La douche juste à côté du wc sans séparation; vous avez beau faire, tout est trempé,
Présence d'un énorme jacuzzi dans la salle de bain, mais qui ne fonctionne pas et prend beaucoup de place. Séparation entre la salle de bain/WC et la chambre par une grande paroie vitrée... Pas très intime

Should be a five star hotel
Pros:

Room was nice and spacious
Good view of the mosque
Dead centre of the city so can easily go around
Staff was really nice and helpful
Breakfast was great, they helped us by letting us know what’s halal and not halal before we picked

Cons:

Lift was very slow, took ages for it to come down or for the door to open

Room needs a kettle

Every room door needs a do not disturb paper or please clean room paper. Cleaners are not aware if someone is in the room and don’t want the room to be cleaned
