A good hotel beside the Hakata station, making it easy to go everywhere in Fukuoka

1)每天早上都敲門1-2次詢問是否可打掃
有一天甚至我們都卡在門口(還有嬰兒推車)，還硬要進入收垃圾，我們都要出門了 不能稍等一下?
隔天早上九點多寶寶還在睡覺還敲門問是否可進來打掃?
2)隔壁家人房早上睡覺休息也敲門，已告知中午12點後再打掃，過10分鐘又打電話來詢問什麼時候可打掃?
打掃時間建議可提供告示牌讓客人出門後貼在門口再進入，一個早上詢問多次讓大家不能好好休息。
3)第一天入住時我有詢問是否可領水，服務人員告知可另外多領四瓶，但每到櫃台領水時，服務人員會問房號我覺得合理，但還會再和你確認訂購名字，還要問你現在要回房還是要出去之後才給水，給人感受不太好。隔天早上先領兩瓶出門，晚上要再領2瓶，就說你們早上領過其實不能領，但你想要我可以給你，已現場反映給櫃檯令人覺得不舒適的體驗。

Pros:

一樓就有羅森好讚，每個晚上回飯店前都可以在逛一次，早餐也可以簡單解決～地下一樓的燒烤雖然是韓式料理，但也很好吃，不知道吃什麼可以參考。走路五分鐘就有7-11，五分鐘到博多車站，地理位置很棒！房間喬一下可以打開兩個大的行李箱～

Overall it was a very comfortable and convenient stay.
Pros:

1. Location - the Hakata station is only across the hotel. You just cross the road and walk to the end of the opposite building to find the hotel. Very convenient.

2. Comfortable bed and relatively spacious room.

3. Staffs are helpful and friendly. Our flight was in early morning and the staff initiated to call the taxi for us.

4. There’s free coffee machine at lobby so can have free flow of coffee.

Cons:

The coin laundry area is very small and there was only one functioning dryer when we were there as the other was out of service. The dryer was also not very hot so our clothes did not manage to dry completely even after 2 hours of drying. Maybe need to put in smaller amounts. Otherwise, they do provide laundry service though very pricey.

A nice hotel.
Pros:

It is close to train and underway. It is easy to go from and to airport and other cities. It is also a convenient place for shopping and sight-seeing in Fukuoka.
