Absolutely nothing!
I rarely leave negative reviews, but unfortunately this was one of the most disappointing hotel stays I have experienced in Japan.
First, despite staying for multiple days, the hotel refused to provide any additional hangers for drying clothes. When asked whether any alternative drying equipment could be provided, the answer was also no. This was extremely inconvenient for families and long-stay guests.
Second, the room door lock was defective. One day when we were leaving the room, the electronic lock failed and the door could not be secured. We had to wait for a staff member to come upstairs and lock the door manually using a physical key. We were later informed that the lock had been repaired. However, when we returned in the evening, the lock was still not functioning properly. A faulty room lock is not merely an inconvenience; it is a basic security issue.
Third, at around 8:30 PM on a Saturday night, the ground floor lobby lighting was completely switched off. When I emailed the hotel to report the issue, I was initially told that this was part of the hotel's environmental and energy-saving policy. Only later was I informed that the lighting system had actually malfunctioned. These two explanations were clearly inconsistent.
Fourth, the self-service check-in/check-out kiosk repeatedly displayed error messages during check-out. After multiple unsuccessful attempts, I contacted the hotel for assistance. The staff member stated that they could not speak English and effectively provided no assistance. The issue remained unresolved.
What I found particularly surprising was the hotel's subsequent confirmation by email that there were no English-speaking staff members on duty. For a hotel serving international travelers in a major tourist city, it is remarkable that no English support was available at all.
Throughout the stay, the common response to every issue was an apology. Unfortunately, apologies alone do not resolve problems.

シングルの部屋を取っていたんですが、ダブルの部屋に変更になってました。
立地的にも良かったし部屋も良かったし、ただ外が隣がビルで
