Angenehmer Aufenthalt
Pros:

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, einladend und modern eingerichtet. Das Personal und die Hotelmanagerin waren sehr freundlich und das Essen unglaublich lecker und vielfältig. Die Lage ist super; man ist in ein paar Minuten am Strand und hat Restaurants und kleine Läden direkt um die Ecke.

Cons:

Die Badtür besteht nur aus einer Schiebetür, die sich nicht richtig schließen lässt; an der Stelle also keine Privatsphäre ;) Das Licht im Zimmer ist nicht gerade einladend und beim Essen ist es, durch die Begrenzung auf 2h, sehr voll und laut (Gerede und Geschirrklappern durchs Abräumen). Man sitzt dicht an dicht mit den anderen Gästen und eigene Gespräche sind kaum möglich; zusätzlich war die Klimaanlage so stark eingestellt, dass ich sehr gefroren habe und direkt im Zug saß.

Die Lage ist super. Zentral und am Meer.

Cons:

In diesem Hotel herrscht ein Investitionsstau vom allerfeinsten. Alles ist veraltet/defekt und aus den 80ern. Die Zimmer sind so klein mit 2 Personen und 2 Koffern ist kaum noch Platz sich umzudrehen. Sehr sehr enttäuscht und das für einen enormen Preis.

Good location. Good food.

Cons:

The beds are not comfy. Single beds that would move with any slight turn. Not very clean. There was sand in the shower when we first entered the room. Old rooms, furniture and AC. Reception staff amazing, but the director of the hotel not great with communication skills and rude at times. Overpriced for what they are offering.

Lantipathie de certains réceptionnistes ,en effet,j'ai réservé et payé 2 jours,a l' avance le bus pur le transfert à l'aéroport pour aujourd'hui à 10h 15,quand j'ai été demander à la fameuse réceptionniste à 10h30,aucun bus n'est arrivé



elle a tout simplement sorti l'argent pour me rembourser en me disant de me débrouiller pour mon transfert à l'aéroport et me plaindre à la société responsable des bus plutard et elle n'était enaucun cas responsable de ce sui s'est passé
Je trouve que c'est une attitude discriminatoire,et scandaleuse ,même si elle n'était pas,responsable de cet incident, elle n'avait aucun droit de se comporter de cette manière irresponsable et de loin non professionnelle ,elle donne ainsi une mauvaise image à l'hôtel et nuit à sa réputation,,,,

Agréable séjour en famille.
Pros:

La chambre était très propre en arrivant et le ménage au cours du séjour a été bien fait. L’emplacement est idéal surtout avec un enfant (à quelques mètres de la plage).
Il y a une buanderie (payante) mais nous a permis de laver quelques affaires essentielles.

Cons:

Le 1 jour (le lendemain de l’arrivée) la femme de chambre n’a pas voulu faire la chambre après 12h alors que nous pouvions mettre le carton jusqu’à 14h… J’ai du insister pour qu’elle passe au moins un coup au sol (avec le sable) et vide les poubelles (couches de bébé). Pour le reste du séjour, nous avions à faire à une autre dame qui a bien fait le job.
Dommage que les petit déjeuné ne soit pas jusqu’à 11h comme dans certains autres hôtels du coin.
Le DJ est sympa mais tout est fait pour la clientèle allemande…

Wir waren rundum sehr zufrieden.
Pros:

Der Latte Macchiato war nur bei einem Kellner wirklich vorzüglich! Die Lage war grandios, du gehst raus und alles ist vor deiner Nase. Das Frühstück und Abendessen waren wirklich sehr lecker. Die Zimmer waren immer tiptop aufgeräumt und wenn mal was gefehlt hatte, konnte das Reinigungspersonal es sofort besorgen.

Cons:

Schade, dass man am Strand zusätzlich für die Liegen bezahlen muss. Die Snackbar ist leider auch nicht sonderlich zu empfehlen, da das Essen einfach nicht geschmeckt hatte.
