Obsługa miła i bardzo pomocna. Pokój czysty, komfortowy, zapewniał wszystko co potrzebne. Kosmetyki, woda, kawa i herbata dostępne i uzupełnianie na bieżąco. Codzienny serwis pokoju. Śniadania, smaczne, duży wybór pieczywa, jogurty, kawa, napoje mi jedynie brakowało warzyw. Ale to ck było dostępne było smaczne.
Przydała by się lodówka, ale w poprzednim hotelu nie było więc może nie jest to w standardzie na Sao Miguel. W nocy bywało głośno. Jak nie rozmawiający głośno goście hotelowi, to głośna muzyka na zewnątrz, czy startujące/ładujące samoloty. O ile na samoloty wpływu nie mamy ponieważ lotnisko jedt blisko miasta, to na głośna muzykę na zewnątrz obsługa hotelu mogła zareagować.
Très bon accueil, l’hôtel est calme et pourtant proche du centre-ville.

Loved the parking on site and the location. The staff were amazing and friendly. Breakfast buffet was great. Was very happy with the whole stay!
