Die Lage , die Größe des Zimmers, kostenlose Parkplätze und der Preis.

Cons:

Leider waren wir von unserem Aufenthalt sehr enttäuscht. Das Zimmer war sehr veraltet. Die Möbel wirkten alt und beim Betreten kam einem direkt ein unangenehmer, muffiger Geruch nach alten Möbeln entgegen.
Besonders schlimm war das Bett. Bei jeder kleinsten Bewegung hat es extrem laut gequietscht und geknarzt, egal ob man sich hinsetzt, umdreht oder sich nur bewegt. Wir hatten dadurch überhaupt keinen erholsamen Schlaf.
Leider sehr enttäuschend und für uns definitiv nicht empfehlenswert.

Pros:

Wir waren nur für eine Übernachtung des Festivals "Ruhr in Love" dort. Die Anbindung zur Bahn, welche uns zum Festival führte, war optimal. (Nur 100 m Weg) Das Zimmer war sauber und zweckmäßig. Haben auch das gebuchte Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten bekommen. (Kein Pärchen) Zum Frühstück können wir nichts sagen, da nicht genutzt. Was uns gefiel, dass es hauseigene Parkplätze hinter dem Hotel gab! Viel Wert, wenn man nicht in der Stadt stundenlang einen Parkplatz suchen muss! Es war alles okay und ich würde das Hotel nächstes Jahr wieder für diesen zweck buchen!

Das Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber es war alles sauber und in gutem Zustand.
Sehr gutes Preis /Leistung Verhältnis.
Sehr nahe, paar Minuten zu Fuß, zur Turbinenhalle Oberhausen für Konzerte oder ähnliches.
Gratis Parkplatz hinterm Hotel

Cons:

Frühstück war Umfangreich, aber leider war das Rührei trocken und vermutlich aus dem Tetrapack. Kein Speck zum Ei.

Zumutung mit gesundheitlichen Schäden.
Cons:

Es war eine Zumutung. Unmittelbar nach dem dortigen Aufenthalt musste ich aufgrund starker Sicherheitsmängel in dem Hotel in die Notaufnahme.
Trotzdem habe ich das Hotel direkt Kontakt um die Probleme zu melden, worauf einfach nicht reagiert wird.

Great value friendly hotel
Pros:

Location was perfect for the event i was attending with a station close enough to walk to. The staff were friendly and helpful with the language barrier. Food was lovely and large portions.

Cons:

Due to me needing an early night, there was an event on each evening and with the widows open as it was warm was quite loud. But they must of had a set cut off point and all was good after that.
