Praktisch, aber in die Jahre gekommen
Pros:

Die Lage des hotels (unmittelbar am Bahnhof, direkt am Lago und an Geschäften), Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter*innen

Cons:

Mein Zimmer ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen, im Waschbecken floss kein Wasser ab und es waren einige Bohrlöcher im Bad spartanisch geflickt; das Frühstück war zwar breit aufgestellt, aber wenig liebevoll

Great location and friendly staff, but the hotel needs renovation and better breakfast options.
Pros:

Amazing staff and location, especially the beautiful lake view. The hotel is in the best area of Arona, very close to the train station, which makes it extremely convenient for transportation.

Cons:

The facilities and furniture are quite old and need renovation. Also, the breakfast options were limited, with no vegetables available.
